I feel compelled to let everyone know that this pharmacy is the worst around. I went two or three times when I moved into the area. I have cough variant asthma, so I take regular amounts of cough medicine for sleep. My pro arch care dr manages this. The first two times I brought my cough medicine script in, they asked me if I wanted it filled for the entire amount. I thought that was a weird question, but told them yes and explained that its a monthly script and will always be that amount each month. It was 150 ml. If you were to get sick with the flu, a doctor would probably prescribe less, but my symptoms are permanent. The third month comes around, and my dr had called in my regular script. I paid and left only to realize that it was partially filled with 90 ml. I went back believing it was a mistake and spoke with the older male pharmacist. He told me he did not agree with the amount, so he filled it with what he deemed as necessary. My dr did not give him permission. I told him he couldnt override my dr, and he said he could and did. He would not take the meds back nor give me back my script. Needless to say, my dr does not refer this pharmacist anymore, and he had to call the remaining amount in to another pharmacy. Thank goodness for great drs. This pharmacy is the worst!

This small town pharmacy is quaint and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, it is unlikely to last much longer as Little Elm continues to grow. Small businesses are constantly under pressure from big box stores, in this case CVS and Walgreen. In order to compete small business has to stop "doing business as usual". In the case of Little Elm Pharmacy that can mean having operating hours based on customer needs rather than owner/employee needs. I.e., why close the store for an hour and fifteen so that all the staff members can go to lunch at the same time? Arent many of their customers counting on picking up scrips or other needs during the lunch hour? Three hours on Saturdays hardly seems o justify opening. Its just a matter of time before before a big box pharmacy moves to this end of Little Elm..... just sayin

My doctor wrote me a prescription for a medication that needs to be filled by a compounding pharmacy. I brought it in and they were able to make it for me and had it ready the next day. Very good service

Quick, friendly and they dont try to find a reason not to fill ur scripts, like other pharmacies such as walgreens and cvs, few bucks more but no wait and no hassle.

"Small Town" pharmacy with a nice staff. Its a nice change from the mad rush of the big box stores or the overpriced chain drug stores.
