I have filled two Rx here in the last month and both times I have had issues. First time, they hadnt even started working on it and they asked me to come back in 20 minutes. When I arrived back, it still wasnt ready and I waited another 10 minutes at the counter. This week I knew better than to go straight there so I waited until the following morning and I even got the automated phone call that says my Rx is ready for pick up and when I drive over to get it, they have one Rx ready but not both. I asked how long and I came back after an hour (which is what they told me) and it STILL wasnt ready! The only reason I didnt give one star is even though they dont seem to know how this whole process works, everyone is super nice.

There is nothing fantastic or poor about the Kroger on Lamar Blvd, it is the average for grocery. With a decent staff and alright-looking facility, I cant find any reason to give this place any more or less than three stars. Worth a visit though, and its gas station offers discounts if you become a member!

The staff is rude and incompetent. The prices are absurd. Go to Sams Club or Walmart instead.
