There is 0 sense of urgency with this pharmacy. When I dropped off my prescription I asked how long the wait would be and the tech responded with 30 minutes, but we will get it filled way before that, I just have to say 30 minutes. Ok, I can wait. I walk around Target, waiting to get a text that my prescription is ready, 30 mins goes by, then 40, then 45. I go back to the counter and ask for an update as I have a conference call to get on in the next 15 mins. She said the pharmacist is checking it now and it would be a few more minutes. After waiting almost an hour on something that was said could be done within 30 mins, I finally got my prescription. Next time Ill just go across the street to Albertsons where when they say 15 mins, its actually 15 mins.
