In short, bad costumer service. I wanted to have a good experience here, I love Costco! We are at the pharmacy all the time and I want to actually like where we go so we switched to Costco thinking we would have great costumer service. After being on the phone with them all week I was told my daughters prescriptions would be ready at 2pm. So as soon as we got off work we made it there with 5 minutes to spare but when I got there the prescriptions werent ready. I waited for 15 minutes and while I waited another employee came to pick up his presciption at the desk. The woman who had been helping me said to him within 3 feet of me, "yeah we close at 7 but then people show up 5 minutes before we close and cause problems." And shot me a look. I was really disappointed to say the least. On top of that when I went to check out 2 of the prescriptions werent even the price that I was told on the phone earlier in the week so I couldnt even purchase them. (They were literally 10x what I was paying at Walmart

Always helpful staff! And they are saving me hundreds of dollars a month compared to Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens! And Im not even a member! But I was told if I did join I would save more on my prescriptions so I might join.
