I was hired on at the store in a certain position that was previously held by two people. I was told the other person would be hired. They were never hired. I was constantly told there were extra job duties to my job. This never ended and I was constantly trained, even after a year on new things. One day the Market Team Managers were walking in the store and they saw me running reports. The Market Team Manager seemed shocked. He asked me "what are you doing and how did you get access to that screen". I was running a daily report. One of several I had been trained to do and had been doing for a year. The Market Team Manager seemed angry. He said it was the Store Managers job. Come to find out I had been trained to do several jobs of various managers within the store, including the store manager, without the Store Managers PAY. They took advantage of me. You live and you learn. These were not ethical folks. These LOW DOWN DIRTY BAST-RDS. Thankfully I found a Better Job. The Market Team put an end to all of my extra duties however. I was a $9.00 an hour employee and I should not have been trained to do the Store Managers Job Duties. However, the employees were friendly. I can say that this store had an incredible amount of Theft. Lots and Lots of Theft. I could never put together how it was in such a good neighborhood and the folks would come in and try to rob it blind. I remember standing at USCAN and seeing so many customers steal. Everyday. All day. They would be buying family packs of meat and would simply pick it up and bypass the scanner. Or other types of theft. This store has to write off at least 1 Million each year in Theft losses at the very least.

I shopped at this store on Wednesday 1/23/13 and purchased Hamburger Helper and Au Gratin among other items. Pulling the Hamburger Helper box out the next night to make for dinner I noticed the Out of Code/Best if Used by Date was November 10th 2012! I pulled the Au Gratin out to inquire on this product and the Out of Code date was the same as the Hamburger Helper. By this time I had thrown away the receipt so I was not going to go through the hassle of returning the product. I called the store to inform them of their out of code issue and all I got was a "I will take a look at that". There was no apology or offer to correct the issue. The fact that the employee on the other end of the line was not concerned with the fact that I had purchased an item that had been out of code for 2 months is more appauling than purchasing the actual product that I had to throw away. I would not have returned to get 2 new boxes of products because in the grand scheme of things its not worth the few dollars I spent on these items, but they would have retained my business had they offered an apology and tried to rectify the issue. Will not return to this location.

The customer service is horrendous. I will NEVER shop here again. In the past we have had bad customer service here, but today took the cake. A male checker yelled at my wife for having beer in her cart. We moved here from Las Vegas not too long ago where you can buy alcohol anywhere at any time. We had no clue there is a law here stating you cannot buy beer until 11am on Sundays. The checker yelled at my wife screaming, "You cant buy this! What are you doing?! I should make you put this back!" The man in front of her was nice enough to explain the law as the checker continued to fume and yell. She apologized saying she didnt know. He continued to make a scene. She was so upset she didnt know what to do. We are so upset we will NEVER shop here again. I will make sure I tell all of my neighbors that shop here about this. No one should ever yell at a customer, especially a female one. She is so hurt and embarrassed. Thank you for making my wife cry.

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to! The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and have no idea what theyre doing. I had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced today, and when I just tried calling to talk to a manager, after the 3rd time of someone just answering and hanging up, someone finally answered, and when I asked for a manager, he just said "Hold on" and hung up. I also ordered something online and paid online and did not have the order number but offered her my id and to go get my boyfriend to use his phone to pull up my email where the order number would be because my phone is cut off. Immediately, an African American woman from the back started screaming at me saying that Im trying to steal and "f**k them over" and refused service to me. I will be showing up tomorrow with my order number, I will be getting a refund, and I will be speaking to a manager! This is the absolute worst Walmart Ive been to in the entire DFW area.

I went into the walmart on Coit and Arapaho and Im mad that I did. So I was shopping with my one year old and they allow their employees to just talk in the phone and not pay attention to where they are going. The reason Im mad is because everyone there act like they dont understand English. My daughter lost her pacifer in there and I went and asked the employees if they saw it on the areas I went in . needless to say no one seemed to understand what a baby pacifier is. The messed up part is I went back to where I got he diapers and they act like they never heard of a pacifier. One of the requirements of coming to American should be learn English! Thats sad! Im contacting Better Business Bureau. Spoke to Christina the manager and she told me to come up there the next day and I called to let her know I was on the way. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude and I asked her her name..she screamed Betty and said Christina cant take calls

I tried calling the Pharmacy at Walmart on Coit Road and when the operator transferred me to the Pharmacy, she picked up and said please hold without waiting for a response of any kind from me. then I was on hold for 9 minutes and no one ever picked up! Very rude and inconsiderate. So I called the store manager, Manuel, and left him a message to call me. That was yesterday at 11;30 and I just now called him again and he said he was too busy to call me back. What store manager doesnt have 2 minutes in their day to return a customers call? He sounded like he could care less. Im finding big box customer relations are very stinky...they just want to make as much money as they can and who cares if no one likes them? I will now never shop at that store...ever! Target is the only big box store I can think of that has excellent customer service. The red call button is amazing...I am going to shop there, even if it is out of my way.
