After waiting 2 weeks, when i was told 5 days. After calling and calling and then apparently never really checking on my 2 kids glasses. I finally was told they didnt write insurance info right so they never even began making them. So, i then was told they would have them back in 4 days because of their mistake....11 days later and calling and calling I finally received a message they r ready. I called to double check, oh, no she says not ready yet. All together44 days. And I was told they are ready. I pick them up today....maybe if they are truly ready this time. ....the entire reason I went here than other places is because they said 4 to 5 days as opposed to 10 days to 14 days.... That 14 days would of been nice. After 44 days.... One star is generous!!!!

I agree with Alicat, this place is a horrible place to get your eyes checked first of all it smelled terrible, it was ot and humid I guess they have no money to fix the A/C mind you that I went in April on Texas where the temperature can get extemly hot very quckly. Secondly the DR was a total A-hole he looked and talked to me like I was dumb, not knowing that I have a MBA, also he was very rude and spoke like a robot, I would have walked out but I had my daughter with me and did not want to cause a scene in front of her. To sum it up DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!!

I came on a random Thursday morning around 9 to bring my son in..their website states that they open at 9am tip 5pm but the sign on the door says TSO opens at 10am so I have been waiting here for an hr in half... and still waiting they should put a sign on the door saying we dont feel like opening today...waist of time...

this was the most disgusting optometrist experience i have ever had. the place smelled terrible, like old mold and sewage. the place was extremely dirty and outdated with duct tape holding the ugly chairs together. not only that, the doctor was very awkward, creepy and condescending. yuk!!

This place need to be closed down I will never go there again they was rude n the Dr was so unfriendly n then they dont know when your glass are coming back they told me 3-5 days then they said 5-10 days n the glass still not there they need to upgrade there place n the people that work

Dr was very rude to my 9 yr old son I told him off for yelling at my son and walked out of there with out finishing the exam and it was the Drs fault for not adjusing the chair correctly, my son was having to stretch to reach the lens for the exam and that seemed to upset y he dr

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! I had my exam done a couple of days ago, was welcomed by friendly staff and manager. My eye doctor was very professional and thorough with my exam! Will be looking forward to my follow up exam visit!!!

The doctor was rude and every time I said I cant see that he blocked the peep holes and said "this is seeing and this is not seeing do you see the difference". He should be more kind, little kids go there.
