Did NOT have a good experience. Not only was the young man who "helped" me snooty and condescending, he was also rude. Pearle Vision is awfully proud of their product. They wanted nearly $300 for JUST lenses, not including frames or any other up-sells. I went to another major eye glass vendor and got the same frames, better quality glass, the "up-sells" were also free AND I got TWO complete pairs of glasses (one for reading/working, one rx sunglasses), for about the same as it would have been at Pearle Vision just for the lenses.

I had a wonderfulllllllllllllll experience!! So helpful so attentive. i got two pair of glasses and well worth it!! (Krista) I believe and her trainee were AWESOME!! the optometrist was the bomb as well!! I will return again!!

I was told my glasses would be ready by Monday but that was not true and all I received were excuses as to why they have not been completed. Had I known this, I would have taken my prescription elsewhere....
