Ronda is the person who answered the phone and hung up on me when I called back and began to explain I was hung up on, she rapidly interrupted me to say my phone was the issue because she couldnt hear anything. Rather than apologizing she stated her stand point and said how can I help you. With music and a phone ringing, I understand why she cant hear. Havent even walked in yet and already the service, face of the business, was horrible.
