Dr. Sylvester is the only doctor I will see for my and my families eyes I have been a patient of his for over 18 years. I have traveled more than 400+ miles to keep my appointments when I lived out of state. With my eyes I can not take chances and need it done right and I can count on that here. His staff is very friendly and personable and ready to help with anything you need. Dr. Sylvester is is very knowledgable about all aspects of eye care and all the problems that can arise, he is always on the look out making sure your eye health is at its best. He is friendly with a wonderful attitude and believe me when I say you will feel better, and have a better understanding of what your condition may be when you leave here. My thanks to Dr. Sylvester and his staff for always taking optimal care of us.

I have been coming to see Dr. Sylvester since I have been in third grade and Im now almost 24 years old. When I came in my vision was awful and now he has almost perfected it to 20/20 if not better!! His staff is always so friendly and welcoming and he himself cares about getting his patients vision corrected. When it comes to getting fitted for contacts or glasses he will try you in multiple pairs to find out what youre comfortable in, that is the main reason Im still a loyal patient is because he takes the time to know his patients and help them get to a better vision perspective! I would recommend him to anyone at any age, and I wouldnt trust any other doctor to handle the care of my eyes!!

The team over at Crystal Clear really knows their stuff. But they dont just have the knowledge. They are very passionate about their work and are really fascinated with each of their patients stories. Dr. Sylvester has dealt with me over the years by actually lowering my lens strength that I have had for years (its amazing how much more energy you have during the day when this occurs) and instantly identifying and resolving a crazy case of GPC I developed a few years ago. From their readily available supply of contacts (and wide variety of top of the line brands) for when you run out to their friendly staff, I have only had pleasant experiences with their staff every single time.

Going to this office reminded me of the age old lesson to not judge a book by its cover. The outside doesnt look like much but once you walk in, youll be greeted by warm smiles and a pristine interior. The staff treated me like family even though it was my first visit, and Dr. Sylvester was extremely courteous and took time to explain everything to me. I will definitely be coming back for any future eye exams/issues.

I met Dr Sylvester in 2014. I was impressed with him, his staff and the up-to-date equipment! Since I live in Illinois, I didnt have a chance for a complete eye exam--until February 2015. While visiting family, I made an appointment to have my eyes checked. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Crystal Clear Image.
