Why 5 stars? 1 - AWESOME, GENUINE customer service, thanks to Sahaed. 2 - Wide selection of frames that I couldnt find anywhere in the area. 3 - Reasonable prices relatively. First, lets talk about Sahaed. I consider myself a customer care critic, but I was very impressed with how attentive Sahaed was to me even if I came in 30 mins before closing time on the 3rd of July - day before holiday, had very specific styles I was looking for, and had a hard time choosing. He projected himself as an expert, but let me take my time in deciding. He also went out of his way to make sure I get new stocks and not the display ones even if its already beyond closing time, and even gave me a good discount when he couldnt get new pairs from the inventory. He even asked me to come back to get better cases. I learned in our casual conversation during my visit that he was also doing all sorts of tasks for his company, which I thought were 3 different roles altogether in one person. He mustve been busy and tired that day but I never felt rushed or not taken care of. If I were a business owner I would steal Sahaed from Eyecare; An employee like him is a rare find. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Second, I was awed at the styles I found in this small store. I had a specific style of frame that I was looking for but had a hard time finding; went to Americas Best, Visionmart, and a couple other shops in the area - but didnt find what I wanted, until I went to Eyemart. Not only did I find one that fits what I wanted; I found SEVERAL, more than 10 frames, thus I had a hard time deciding, and ended up getting three eyeglasses that I got a lot of compliments for when I started wearing them. Thirdly, since I got to visit several stores in Dallas, Im able to compare prices. The frames I got from Eyemart are of good quality, but not as expensive. Even the branded ones are affordable. Some were on sale. Definitely recommend this place.

I had an awesome experience at Eyemart express. The customer service was amazing. Vicki was so patient and pleasant while helping me and my daughter find the perfect frames. She really took her time and gave great advice on which frames complimented our face shape and personality. My daughter was able to get 2 pairs for $38 as part of their grand opening special. I would definitely reccomend them and come back. Justin was also really nice when i returned the following day for pickup.

The absolute BEST customer service I have ever received!!! Sahaad was so wonderful to me, from picking out my frames to making sure I had everything I needed to keep my glasses looking fabulous. I will definitely go back when I need new frames or sunglasses. Seriously, Sahaad is so amazing, if all businesses had a guy like Sahaad working, the world would be a much happier place.

I lost the only pair of glasses I had, so it was a bit of an emergency to get some new ones. I got two pairs of glasses so I would have an extra pair. The service from Sahaad was excellent. He was patient and knowledgeable in helping me select frames, and he facilitated a quick delivery of my new glasses. Eyemart Express Rocks! I highly recommend this company.
