The optometrist (Dr) is really nice and professional; but the staff (optician) is not honesty, liar and cheating. After I had an eye exam, I said a clear statement to optician that I only purchase the frame “Made in Italy”, he bring all the frame made in Italy for me to try on. I did not go to the shelf and pick any frame by myself. I only try on the one that optician show me and they are all made in Italy, and I pick one. I want to make sure the frame I paid for $205.00 is made in Italy, I look over it again before the optician take it away and it said “Made in Italy”; but one week after that, when I came back for my glasses, the glasses he gave me with the same brand name frame but it is “Made in China”, it is not “Made in Italy” as I paid. I confirm and told him that it is heavier and not “Made in Italy”, he denial and said the frame I pick is not made in Italy, and he ask me if I want to buy another frame made in Italy. Is this insane? What kind of business is that? It likes the black market business in Asian or what? Show customer one thing and sell another thing? I hope the optometrist better watch out for his staff/ partner / optician or this business will be close soon.

Do not get your glasses or contacts from here. Nothing is convenient for their customers, its more about what is convenient for them. For example, they offer saturday appointments but only if you are going to have an eye exam done, you can not come in on a saturday to pick up your contacts because theres no copay for that (So no money for them) They charge almost double for contacts compared to what you can find online. If you lose your contacts or tear them and need to get some more they will happily get you some new ones after you pay for another eye exam and fitting, otherwise you are screwed. If you are foolish enough to go here anyways, DO NOT get the contacts they recommend. They are very poorly made and will easily rip. So once you run out of contacts because the ones they suggested for you are ripping left and right you can always come back in and pay for another eye exam, fitting and pay for their 200% marked up contacts. Sign me up. You have been warned.

Excellent customer service and hugely underrated. Dr Tran is very through and personable. Julian is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of insurance coverage, takes his time to explain the details, and gives you his personal opinion without being pushy or overselling. There have been some surprising reviews about Dr. Trans staff being untrustworthy, specifically Julian. Ive only been a patient for 3 years but Ive never known this to be the case. Very satisfied with the care Ive received. Only wish they carried a wider selection of brand name frames!

The Dr. here is really good at what he does, probably one of the better or best optometrist Ive been to. BUT they are very pricey, unusually high priced and seems no matter how good your insurance youll pay more out of pocket than you think. He recommended reputable contacts too, not junk.

The customer service is outstanding. Julian is very nice. It seems like he is always working. I had to go back several times to adjust my glasses for the best fit. He was always there available to help!!

Very good and reasonable prices. Sometimes promotions are going on so ask about that. Very good customer service and care. Very good variety of glasses to choose from. Definitely Recommend!
