Ive had a hard time with this business. I have visited them for a couple years simply because the location was convenient for me, but the last time I was there (February 2016) was less than satisfactory. The first issues I had were with the staff not fully understanding my insurance, if they did, they had a hard time explaining to me what was covered. Secondly, the professionalism of the staff is not all the way there. I was thinking about getting a second pair of glasses. and since the staff member that was helping me could not tell me what exactly was covered by my insurance, told me that she would look into it and give me a phone call with details on the new pair. For the time being, I settled for just getting new lenses in my old frames. Somehow, this cost me $104 after my insurance, I still dont quite understand what was covered and what was not, since I never got an itemized statement. THE KICKER: I wrote a personal check for $104, on February 17th 2016, and they FINALLY CASHED IT. 5 1/2 months later. Seriously unprofessional. No business in their right mind would let customer payments float around that long, all that tells me is that they really didnt need the funds anyway. I called them in the beginning of April regarding my check not being processed, and she said she saw that my account had been paid, but will check with someone else about it and get back to me. Once again, I never got a returned phone call. So, I just let it ride, thinking that 6 months would pass and the check would be void. Nope, surprise, my checking account has a surprise $104 check cashed on July 1st, right when rent is due conveniently. The string of events including bad payment processing, misunderstanding of my insurance, and failure to follow up on solid business leads me to believe that other things very well could have been mishandled that I wasnt aware of. From now on, I am going to have my eye care taken care of by a different institution that has better operations methods.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Larson was able to answer any and all questions I had. The staff knew exactly what my insurance would and would not cover. Definitely will be back!
