Ordered contacts over a week ago was told they would deliver to my home address. Called in to store, was told they are still in lab. Asked why she said because they were possibly not in stock. Was told last week they were in stock & expect in less than week. Asked associate to verify my address, she could not see it!!!! First I was told estimated delivery is 05/24/17. Now being told the order never went through and it will be another week. This is so unacceptable. Had I not called I would still be waiting on them to come in mail. The only reason I give 1 star is because you have to click on at least one to post! I will never use Southwest Center Sears Optical again. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? Did not even receive an apology!

They are not helpful at all. I attempted to purchase home appliances and I had to go to home depot because TERESA in home appliances refused to help me. Dont waste your time or money with them!
