I just wanted to write and say a massive thank you to Zohra and all at Splash Tents. Zohra ensured a first class customer service throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure that what was promised was actually delivered. She responds right away and the turnaround time is unbelievably fast! I am a procrastinator by nature, and of course I waited too long before looking for a canopy and flags for my company to use at a local fair. I was lucky enough to be able to work with Splash Tents to create all the marketing material that I needed. They are talented, fast, and very professional. Zohra had the artwork back to me Within a very short time, and I was extremely impressed with how fantastic everything looked. and the quality of all the material was of the highest standard. When we received it. Needless to say we had multiple inquiries regarding where our canopy and flags had come from. I would highly recommend Zohra and all at Plash Tents to anyone who may require their services.

Splash Tents did an awesome job for our company. Our sales contact was Zohra Charanya who was very attentive and provided great service and follow up throughout the process. We changed our plans at the last minute prompting the need for the tent, back wall, and tablecloth. They copied a design idea, further customized it and produced it with quick turnaround. Even with our procrastination in making plans and decisions, we were able to receive the finished goods a few days before the event. We received a lot of compliments at the fund raiser for our set up. The frame was a little stiff when putting it up and taking it back now, but that is completely due to the newness of it. The frame was very sturdy and I know this will last us many, many years. We are even planning other events for the purpose of showing off the tent! Thank you Zohra and everyone at Splash Tents!!! We are referring others to you and will definitely be back in the future as needs call for it.

We were looking for a tent, table covers and banners for an outdoor event. Splash Tents had a competitive price and was the only company to send us a mock-up of the design with the quote. They were very easy to work with throughout the order. We received everything very quickly (within maybe two weeks of finalizing the design). Most importantly, everything looks fantastic! The tent is made of heavy-duty material, so Im confident that it will be able to stand up to the south Florida sun and rain. Ive just placed an order for a fourth table cover. Splash tents makes a good, quality product, and Zohra provides great service. Im all the way out here in Guam, 6,000 miles west of Hawaii, and the product arrives quickly. The only problem I had is that the table covers arent as wrinkle resistant as Id like. However if stored, and folded properly, you dont run into many problems with that. This is a good company, and I feel lucky that I found them on the first shot. From other reviews, it seems like some other people have had some bad luck dealing with crappy competitors. Brands Ive printed covers for include: Smuckers, Kashi, Eggo, and C2 Tea

I was shopping around online and comparing prices when Splash Tents came up in my search. I immediately received a response from Zohra, and she continued to impress me with her customer service. The speed of responses and the quality of product examples were the main reasons I decided to go with Splash Tents over the other companies I had found. Their prices were comparable, and I actually enjoyed the creative process. Our order was shipped out quickly and Zohra updated me on the status along the way. Trust the reviews. I was a little hesitant going with a nationwide company that I knew nothing about but after reading the reviews I was convinced it was okay to move forward with Splash Tents. I can tell you that the service I received was way better than I even expected after having read the reviews! Zorha did a great job putting a quote together with a concept even before I asked for one! The quality of the product we received is top shelf and the timing in which they filled my order was fast! Splash Tents created a wonderful custom tent for my daughters lacrosse team and I couldnt be happier with their service and product. When we asked for a quote, not only did we get a quote, but Zohra sent an entire mock up complete with our clients company colors, logo, and unique creative design input.
