Thank you HPB for taking all my used books and having a great source for cheap books to bring home! So what should you expect? Do not bring items to Half Price Books expecting to make enough money for a nice dinner. It is essentially a clearing house, they find someone who needs what you no longer need. Think of all the time it takes to "handle" that book you just sold them...employee hours, then rent, utilities for the property. It is what it is. Just let them sell your books without value judgements about the employees appearances, maybe book people are a little different?! On the subject of customer service, however, they should be helpful, no matter what they wear!

This is by far the worst Half Price Books I have ever visited. Two out of the three people who I asked for help acted as if I was a huge inconvenience to them. While I was gathering the correct information, one of them made a rude comment how I was taking so long. Aside from their unwillingness to help, they misinformed me about having a book. Out of curiosity I went to search for the book and found it. Will not be visiting this location again, even though it is a couple minutes from my place of living.

This place is filled with books. They have almost everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. I went to buy a couple of graphic novels. Great used book store. Highly recommended. And supposedly they have a indoor cat in the store that belongs to the owner. However I didnt see it. if I didnt live too far from the store, I would visit it more often. Highly recommended.

Through the past nine years I have called to find books for my children and myself for school and have always been pleased with the courtesy I have received. Jason just answered the phone, another person picked up the call and said they have the book they are now holding for me. Customer service has always been efficient, prices fair and they are always pleased to see me.

This is the best place in the universe and if you dont agree then you are probably a bad person and there is no hope for you. This place is like a casino: dont come here with more money than you can afford to spend because there WILL be amazing things that you find and just cannot NOT purchase. HPB <3

I called this location looking for a book prior to going in. Jason answer and said they didnt have it, but after checking his system he noted the NW HWY location did. He offered to call them and put it on hold for me. Now that is customer service!!! Thank you, Jason.

Nice set up but from the sounds of it the owner is looking to sell. Everything was also on sale (going out of business sale). Half Price Books book stores are a tough business to run, internet is kicking printed mediums butts.

Everything I love about Half Price--cool store with a lot of fun stuff to discover. Their RPG section always has something really interesting in it (and a copy of Earthdawn, which I think all HPBs are required to have by law)

Amazing store!! This place has a huge selection of thousands at unbelievable prices from old school records to cliffs notes!! I can spend hours just browsing through all the things. This store is worth checking out!

A decent HPB location. Lots of used books as always. Not as many movies or games. They have a better than usual selection in the clearance area though. Worth checking out at least once a month.
