Frustrated. Went in 5 days ago to buy an art magazine. Was told it was in stock but still in the box as it had just been shipped and they could not get to the shipment that day. (This was middle of afternoon on a Wednesday}. Called Friday and it was still not on the shelf. Went in on Saturday ( was at mall for something else) and checked again and was told again it was in stock but they had not got to it yet. Was told it should definitely be on the shelf by the end of the weekend and left my name and number for them to call when it was out. Called today Monday in middle of afternoon and the magazines are still in the box. Disappointing on so many levels. What is separating me from the magazine is about 3 minutes and a box cutter. I wonder how the artists feel who have their work published but not out on the shelf, or the publisher of the magazine when the opportunity to make money on the magazine is cut by at least a week. Called the other Barnes and Noble in Plano and they do not have it on the shelf either.

I live in Lewisville Texas. I called your store in Frisco tx which is about 30 out of my way to see if they had a book in stock. They did. I asked them to please hold the book and that I would make a special trip the next day to pick it up. According to the MANAGER of the store they did not need my business bad that they would be able to hold it for. In this time of shrinking in person retail business and a shrinking number of actual brick and mortar book stores they is one hell of way to treat a potential customer for his store and an actual long time customer of your of your company. very best Pat Cramer

Although I usually get my books online from Amazon, every so often Ill want something printed on dead tree. This is where I go to get it. Although theyve reduced the number of books in stock in recent years and focused on major authors like Patterson and Rowling, theres still a good selection thats reasonably priced. This location offers more than the B&N in Plano on Preston just north of Park.

Best thing about this store is that its in the stonebriar mall. Great location, good selection and has a Starbucks coffee shop inside the store. If you get bored here walk out and head towards the movies or shop or go have food in the number of restaurants around

Theyre wasting my time. They told me if I found the receipt, come back and they will adjust my return. 3 days later, they said oops sorry nothing they can do. Let customers know ahead, dont BS like that.

You can find all types of books here! From mangas, to classic literature, and everything in between! The staff is always there to help, and treat you with respect. I strongly recommend!

The store manager is disrespecful for Customer and embrassing his female employee right front of customer , shameful, arrogant and racially biased. Simply nightmare!!!

Great service, someone even pointed out new releases while I was looking. Dont know why but check out always fastest in media section so I go there to pay for books

Nice selection of books, but the employees are not very friendly. They dont seem to know where the correct books should be either.

Just dont buy records here. Bought Metallicas black album, at least 6 skips on one side alone. Awesome selection of books though

Cool 2 story B&N and a nice break from the hectic mall. Good Starbucks location and plenty of seating around the store
