I have had a couple of problems with my online order. Item was backordered but I had already ordered it, called to cancel and it didnt went through successfully so my card was charged. I called them (several times) and they were very polite and understanding. Problem was solved. They do take a while to answer but just keep trying!

The assistant manager, textbook manager nor the customer service picks up the phone. So unprofessional. Would have given them a 0 if I had the option. Tried atleast 2-3 days but no one answers the god damn phone.

I actually want to give them a ZERO. Very unprofessional. They will never answer the phone and cancel your order without explaination.
