This is by far the worse store I have worked with. I have ordered 3 garage doors for my business back in May 24, 2008. The order would take around 6 weeks the most to get the garage doors. I had called about the doors July 3rd and I was told The order got messed up and I was told the contractor they work with sent the wrong color doors and it was sent back. I called through August and recieved one of the doors but I did not get all the assembly that came with it. I was reimbursed twice for the wait and mistakes they were making. I was told that I should have the garage doors by Sept 1st 2008. I called on Sept 1st to find out that Home Depot computer system said that I wont receive them until Sept 18th 2008. This is the 4th month. I did not make such a big deal considering the first two months the new building for my business what still being built. By the third month I am getting aggravated while the building was coming to completion and I was getting customers asking when I was going to open. My business suppose to been open at least in the middle of August and these doors are what is holding me up. My advice is to not order anything from the likes of a Home Depot store. If it is not on the floor for you to pick up. Forget it unless you got time to waste to play the waiting game. 4 months is too long and way to much of a loss especially if you are running a business.

by Teresa 09/02/2008 I been waiting for four months for garage doors for my business. I had order these doors on the last week of May 2008 while my shop was still in progress of being built. The latest for the opening for my shop was suppose to be in the middle of August. It did not suppose to take more then three to six weeks to get these doors. On July the 3rd 2008 I was told that the company they dealt with sent the wrong color and they sent them back. In late July they got one of the doors in. I took it home and took it out of its box and found some of its assembly missing. I had called them back to tell them about it. I was reimbursed 15% of the cost for the waiting. I was told that I would received the doors by Sept 1st 2008 and the assembly. I called them on Sept 1st to find out that it will be a longer wait and that the due date was push down to Sept 18th 2008. I have received all kinds of excuses from it is because of the weather, it was sent back for it was in the wrong color when they received it, to they are clueless of why it is taking so long. Doing commercial business with Home Depot on Port Ave Corpus Christi Texas has been nothing but a joke.

Service and stocking is extremely poor on a consistent basis. I routinely have to search for my own items behind front of shelf stock and over stock. No one is knowledgeable in their departments and I hear associates give poor advice to DIY-ers regularly. If I have the time to drive to the Calallen location, or the Lowes on Airline, I do. Also, your payment devices can accept NFC (phone based) payments, but you have that option disabled.

I was going to Europe and came here looking for an adapter for my hair iron. I spoke with the Electrician who specializes in "electronic products" he could not help me out. I give the guy props for trying. I used to bring my girls with me but they recently told me that "pets" are no longer allowed. They have to be "Service Animals".

Bait and switch bad busness. I started to order flooring from this store and found a good price per square foot; they even gave me a quote. When I went in to finialize the order they changed the price of the flooring and the labor to install tripled in price. Dont do business with this Company.

I shop at home depot on a daily basis around the country. This was the first time I had to stand at the customer service desk for 20 minutes while 6 employees watched 1 employee help the customer in front of me. unless you have the evening off I would go some place else.

Whats the point of buying the 2 year replacement plan if they still charge you more money for repairs unlike lows you just go and theyll replace it at the store the same day the product its only $99 I should have bought it at lows

Gave them a 5 Star rating due to the fact, that I have never walked out of the store unsatisfied. The cashiers at the Contractor checkout have always been friendly and courteous. They also tolerate me flirting with them. LOL.

Older location, cramped, tough to get into. If you ask where an item is located and the staff pull out a smart phone (happened to me multiple times), walk away. You can look it up on the same website faster yourself.

Went above and beyond tracking down information regarding a table saw I wanted to purchase returning calls exactly as promised. This compared to the Padre Island Home Depot which did neither.
