I shop here at least once per week, for at least the last 6 years. The store is always neat and clean. Items are in their correct locations and clearly marked with description and pricing. I am always greeted with a smile and a "hello". When I need help, someone is always available to help and they never try to sell me something that I dont need and they never make me feel stupid or inferior in any way (like other stores that I wont be mentioning here). If they are out of stock on an item that I need, which has only happened just once, they had it in the store by the next day. If they dont carry and item that I need, which also has only happened just once, they were very helpful and accurate in suggesting where I may be able to find it. They actually make me feel like they want my business, which strangely enough is hard to find in the retail business these days. I like shopping at this Ace Hardware and I always leave there with a smile and feeling good about my purchases. Thank You, Eddie Stearman Moore, OK.

I recently purchased a weed eater at this store.when I entered the store I found assistance right away. I told him what I wanted, and he immediately stopped what he was doing in order to assist me. He didnt call someone or redirect me to another department. When I chose the weed eater I wanted l was given a preassembled one. Th en the product was taken to the service center, filled with gas and oil and tested before I left. He also ensured that I was familiar with how to use the tool and all its features. I didnt know this type of customer service still existed any more. I will never buy anything from another Hardware Store but this one again. Thank you for your great customer servic. Five star for sure.

I went in for one simple bolt. I normally dont like to give a bad review and I also never shop at this location but the one time I did I was helped by one of the workers. He helped me find the bolt and told me to just bring it up front. Then the main manager there stopped me and accused me of stealing it. Then proceeded to ask me if ive been stealing all other type of stuff "landscaping supplies" I dont know if this is considered racial profiling because ive never experienced it. But just thought Id let the public know that the main manager there is racist.

I prefer going to this place for most of my hardware needs verses Home Depot / Lowes or worse, Walmart. The Westlake Ace usually has what Im looking for and even if its slightly more expensive this location is closer and far and away easier to get in and out of quickly.

Excellent selection of the small parts you might need to fix or make just about anything and friendly, knowledgeable staff to help you find the right thing. A little more expensive than other big box home improvement stores but thats the cost of those advantages.

EXCELLENT customer service. I called the store & spoke to Rocky about an item that we wanted- --that was on sale-- he only had 1 in stock and offered to hold it for me-- I was impressed!! I will definitely shop this store more often. Thank You Rocky

Asked to price match website and was told, "we cant because it takes several days to arrive." There were several on the shelf and in-store pickup is free. Thanks, but Ill visit Home Depot or Lowes since they match online prices.
