CUSTOMER ALERT. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BODY. Went in to get a medusa piercing, and it was the most unprofessional piercing experience of my life. Pierced through and got a barbel in, then decided it was too long. Proceeded to leave my freshly pierced wound open for at least a full minute and then called me "hysterical" and said he couldnt work on me. HELLO, I was hysterical because you had NO IDEA what you were doing (Eric, the shop owner) and I even confirmed this with my more experienced piercer friend. You should never leave a customer on the table with a fresh wound and no jewelry in it! Id be surprised if he even sanitized things right and I dont get an infection. He fished around in mymouth for at least 3-5 minutes trying to get the second barbell through the hole. He almost didnt even finish the piercing and didnt even give me aftercare instructions until I explicitly asked. His whole staff just watched Drugs Inc. on the TV idly as I screamed in pain. Students and everyone: just shell out the extra $$ and go to Diablo Rojo across the street, they actually know what theyre doing there.

Whole staff was rude when we walked in and everyone kept staring with mean looks, everyone was smoking/vaping, very unsanitary. Their place looked nasty and dirty i wouldnt recommend at all ! I doubt they even wash their hands. Place is awful ! Whole staff is rude and never going back there again.

I travel from Las Vegas to Austin to see Erick @ Cuz I Can Tattoos. He is the only person I allow to tattoo me. Erick is always very accommdating & his work speaks for itself!!!

Jimmy is cool but Erick the owner always has attitude and has bad communication. Also he doesnt have patience if you cant get your tattoo done in one session.
