We were so excited to see that Krispy Kreme was coming to town. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is simply horrible, and I do mean horrible. Went when they first opened and they double charged me for everything that I bought. Thankfully, I could see it on the little screen so the transaction was voided and reran correctly. We chalked it up to store opening jitters. The next time we went, an employee went in about 10 steps ahead of me. She opened the door to enter herself, literally looked me in the face, and then let the door shut behind her. Third time we went in solely because the "hot" sign was on because a hot, fresh donut is always awesome, especially when it was free. We were informed rather unapologetically that they did not do that anymore. We asked the employee when did they stop doing that and he replied rather rudely "I dont know, we just dont." Fourth, and last, time the girl who helped me was clearly uninterested in the fact that I had entered the building. She seemed almost annoyed when she asked what she could get for me. No greeting, no "hello, welcome to Krispy Kreme, how can I help you?" I placed my order and paid. Then she simply turned around and walked to the rear of the store to see what the other employee was doing without even saying "thank you, have a good day." I have come to the conclusion that the only requirement to work here is to be a warm body, because being friendly sure is not. Clearly customer service is not a part of their training program.

It depends on which day you go.. I went today and my donuts were not melt in my mouth fresh and yum so it was in my opinion a waste of money today, but most times they are fresh hot and melt in your mouth and worth a dollar each if you get the original glaze but I have tried the others and those are the same youd get for 59 cents each anywhere else including the chocolate original glaze. This is one place that I may experience a long wait but have not experienced bad service or attitude from employees ever..

Long time Krispy Kreme customer here. Went to this location for the first time .. they offered free donuts to the family ahead of us but we were not offered any. Kids asked why and I did not have any answer besides thinking because of the color of our skin .. asked for the manager and they said he was not available. asked how I can log formal complaint and they did not know or wont tell me. They tried to give us free donuts but I denied. No more Krispy Kreme donuts in our household

Not clean! Not friendly! Ive been to a few KK in my life, but this one tops the cake of most filthy and unfriendly. There is icing on the walls and seats where you sit along with buildup dirt and crumbs along the baseboards and table feet. Very sloppy job of cleaning. But fits the general attitude of the employees. This assessment is from more than one visit during non busy times. Sad representation of KK!

Ordered a Latte and was told the Latte machine was down so the lady asked if I wanted a coffee with milk instead. I agreed. When I received my receipt I noticed I was charged for a Latte and not just a coffee. I brought this up to the woman and she said that a Latte is just a coffee with milk. I said yes but a Latte has steamed milk. She ignored me and wouldnt correct her mistake.

The gentleman at the front (maybe a manager?) was very nice and welcoming. They still offer a free, hot, delicious donut as you walk in the door. Now thats one of the best greetings ever! The glazed donut is the way to go. If you had to choose another one Id pick the Nutella covered goodness. Best afternoon snack Ive had in a while. Keep up the great work!

I love the hot now doughnuts. There arent any better. And the service was great. Even with the line out the door, it didnt take long before we were enjoying out incredible delights. I would have given them 5 stars if they would have brought back the age-old tradition of giving a hot doughnut to those waiting in line. But overall, they do an outstanding job.

The donuts at Krispy Kreme are undersized and way over-priced. There is way too much sugar glaze all over them. The selection is no better than a gas station donut counter. A great alternative; Drive two blocks to Tom Thumb, get a much larger product, much higher quality,including filled, , with a better selection, at half the price.

Waited 15 minutes, told that they were trying to make fresh ones but they turned out too small. Asked if I wanted to wait and told them I was already late for work. Said she had cold ones but were fresh. Werent fresh at all! They were hard, burnt, and no glaze on them whatsoever. Will not be going there again.

Went in an hour before closing and they had already stopped making donuts. The place was open but there was nothing to buy. As far as Im concerned the only thing good about Krispy Kreme is the hours, so if they arent even going to actually provide food while theyre open then I see no reason to go here.

This is an old Burger King, but it was well converted. Theres a slightly awkward drive through and its at a place where the traffic is often backed up in front of the store which makes it a little hard to get in and out sometimes. Basically, though, its just like every other Krispy Kreme.

NOT a corporate store - translated - they will NOT honor Krispy Kreme coupons you might get from time to time. Donuts ARE good ol reliable KK donuts, just dont expect them to do what the other KK stores do - like reward loyal customers.

My first Krispy Kreme and having to had suffer cardboard doughnuts (Dunkin Doughnuts) for all this while Krispy Kreme was a treat. I especially like how they have a glazing maching right in the service area, very cool to see.

Just as you would expect a KK to be. Great food and the staff was kind to me and my family. We went on Pirate Day, and they have is donuts for free with no expectation to buy. Great business.

Terrible customer service. Drive through line backed up, so we go inside and that line is worse. Almost felt sorry for the ONE employee trying to service everyone that was waiting.

Do people actually look at reviews for Krispy Kreme? You know exactly what youre getting. If you dont know what that "Hot Now" sign means, you havent lived your life yet.

Poor service at this location. Red light was on, had to request a hot doughnut. I was told no doughnut due to the back up. Staff is unfriendly and uninterested.

Went to get donuts & an iced toffee mocha. The lady in charge was rude. The drink looked nothing like the picture & was nasty AF! My kid liked it so 3 stars...
