Just went to the Cityline Top Pot in Dallas. The service was horrible the girl behind the counter is why. She was rude and short with the customers. I love Top Pot is is my little part of Seattle here in Dallas I will drive an extra 15 minutes to get donuts at another Top Pot. The store was dirty also. Owner of Top Pot you guys are amazing and right now this store is not. It looks like it has been there for years and forgotten even though it is brand new.

The service is OK, nothing special. All this fancy stuff, but its 8am, the donuts are cold, and you dont even have a microwave. Also, the selection is limited in 2 ways. 1. What all you can pick a far donuts and 2. The quantity. Lastly, ya dont get the bang for your buck. I couldve gotten a dozen, hot donuts, maybe more, for what I paid here. I shouldve drove a bit farther, but I really wanted donuts. Call it a lesson learned.

I work near this location, so because of the convenience I decided to go in and get a cup of coffee and a sweet treat...the lady at the counter was so rude! I asked for a plain glazed doughnut and she spoke to me as though I was the most ignorant person walking! She went on to say "This is not a mom & pop shop, what kind of glazed doughnut!!" That was the first and last time they will get my hard earned coin....

I have attempted to give Top pot a few chances and each time I get a drink I am highly disappointed! Their coffee task burnt, and their smoothies have so much syrup in them its hard to drink. The staff is not very friendly and seem dissatisfied with their employment. The only reason why I would give them a 1 star is because I actually do really enjoy their donuts!

Its expensive but the fritters and cake donuts are great. Ive only had the drip coffee there but every time its been on point and fresh. Service is friendly and they get me in and out in a couple of minutes. I would have rated higher however there is a lot of other local donut shops that offer lower prices at the same level of quality.

Absolutely fell in love the minute I walked in. Its a great, comfy little spot to have some coffee and do work. Wifi is decent. And dont get me started in the donuts. The cake donuts I can definitely vouch for! Loved them all! I also tried one of their seasonal coffees which was quite delicious. I will definitely return ☺

Expensive for what is essentially a donut. I prefer to go to the place that has the "hot now" sign and get a couple of hot donuts for what you would pay here. Dont get me wrong, they do taste good, I cant justify to myself paying more than double of the more well known donut chains.

If the donuts are hand forged, they were hand forged yesterday. Flavors are there, but each of the 3 types of donuts I tried had that day old sogginess. The coffee is pretty good and I would go back for it if in the area. But at $2-3 a pop I expect better from the donuts

There espresso and steamed milk is much better than you can find at any Starbucks! Plus, Starbucks doesnt have doughnuts, which theirs are great! Check em out, study here, or just stop by on your way to work. Its a great little shop!

The shop is small but warm. Customer service was okay and the doughnuts were great. The only issue is $2.49 for a doughnuts seems a little over the top. However, I think the place is pretty swell. Their cold brew is soft and I liked it.

Just paid $3 for a puny soft serve cone. The guy that make the cone for me didnt wash his hands after walking from the back and grabbed my cone with his bare hands. I was better off going to McDonalds. At least the donuts are decent

This place is an overpriced wanna be. Bunkies on Custer has better donuts fourteen eighteen in Downtown Plano has way better coffee. Both of those places the owners are working in the shop. I dont think thats the case at Top Pot.

If you like a cold, noisy place where they eat behind the counter and have no way to warm up a cold pastry, this is for you. Pretty much a grab and run spot. Decaf coffee was decent. The cold blueberry fritter was good.

Donuts are fresh but the variety and quantity isnt as good as the other Dallas area locations (Hillcrest St and Downtown). Temperature of steamed milk for lattes could be hotter. Service is friendly

We walked in. We looked at their small donut selection and there were little baby flies all up in the display case. Some of them were on top of the donuts. Needless to say, we walked outta there.

Top Pot has some great doughnuts. I dont drink coffee but the place is like a small mom and pop place. Customer service was wonderful and they got me in and out. Amber was very professional.

limited selection of expensive donuts. $14 bucks for a small coffee and 2 donuts?? Goto Starbucks or a mom and pop donut place for better choices and better prices.

No diff from Dunkin as far as donut quality. I wouldnt drive out far for these like I would for some good fresh crusty glazed yeast donuts.

Good doughnuts. Staff was less than friendly. Bring it up to the standards I learned to expect from the Seattle locations.

Overpriced average donuts. Skip this place and head to Hypnotic Donuts for unique, well crafted donuts.

Pretty good doughnuts. Not exactly worthy of the "artisan" title, but better than your average donut.
