By far the worst Starbucks ever! Rude service 3 out of 3 times here. Staff only is concerned with drive through window, 3 out of 3 times we had to ask for our food order. Today the Batista was angry that we wanted our food order after waiting 10 min, with no other customers in the store. She shoved the load in the bag, ripping 1/2 the top off. The tables and floor were dirty. So strange that other Starbucks have such great customer service and keep their establishments clean.

Worst location Ive been to, worst caramel macchiato ever mostly milk very little carmel. An rude service, was 1st time visiting this location, will not return to this one will find another location in this area to take clients. Best part about it was the client was not bothered by their order also being wrong. Very disappointed as I use Starbucks all over the metroplex an have never had an issue like this before

This is my favorite Starbucks. I always feel like the people know me there, by name, they ask about my life and make me feel like part of their family. I guess its my "Cheers" Knowledgeable, friendly staff and a genuine willingness to get the drinks out to you the way you want them make this Starbucks an essential part of my commute anywhere.

Terrible Starbucks! They have the slowest drivethrew service I have ever seen (>30 minutes) and then you cant even get out of the line because its curbed in. On top of that, when I ordered a red-eye, I had to explain to the "barista" what is was. Dont waste your time or your money!!!!

Best Starbucks location! I come here everyday and they always get it right. In addition, their drive through service is the fastest I have seen. One time I didnt even have to stop the car; it was a rolling handoff. That was awesome!!!

Excellent service!!!! The BEST Starbucks in Allen. Most friendly staff and best made drinks. They taste EXACTLY how they are supposed to taste. Skip your current location and drive the extra distance. Its well worth the trip.

Poor custom service. Staff makes you feel rushed and drink orders are incorrect most of the time (I will admit I usually have a spclecial request but light ice or swapping coconut milk for dairy shouldnt be that difficult)

Lines are long and the wait is crazy. On a typical morning you will wait 20+ minutes. They work hard and fast but just over run with customers. They need another store here before people start going to local competitors.

They make the best Mocha frapp, not too sweet and just the right amount of ice, didnt get the guys name but he was working tonight at 9pm at the drive thru (2/24/17) best barista ever!

Place and people are nice but morning lines are LONG. If you have the time to wait 20 minutes in line then do come before work; if not do a mobile order or go somewhere else.
