☆☆MADE MY DAY☆☆ This Starbucks is Awesome! Excellent customer service.. always orders right no matter how complicated they may be.. Love this location. While I was placing my order at this particular location which I frequently come to.. the young lady at the window had mention that the previous customer had ordered the wrong drink a caramel Frappuccino.. she mentioned if I would like it FREE of charge. YES! Was my answer.. I know while I may have not paid for this starbucks delight.. this show much on both positive employees & starbucks.. not wasteful of wrong orders... Im a satisfied customer. And will be coming much more.. so that one give away will turn into many more purchases. Thank you StarBucks.

They charged me over $10 for a pour over! Then I call and the manager doesnt care. The first thing you do is apologize! Rule of customer service, I call corporate and they want to give me a gift card, and dont apologize either. Why would I want credit for a place that ripped me off! You have someone changing credit card purchases, and you think the customer is trying to get something free! That is a serious problem, I am sure its happening to other customers. I dont want a refund, I got a coffee. I want the rest of my money back.

We recently visited Dallas,Tx. On our stay we were having trouble finding a local coffee shop to our liking. We hit coffee shop on our phone and this was the nearest one on the map. We were completely satisfied with the outcome. The service was the best we have ever had at a Starbucks. The coffee was also top notch. Thanks you. I also need to add that this location was super busy at the time of our visit and at no time was there any complaints about the service, cleanliness or wait. This is rare.

I usually go to this Starbucks but when I went this morning the employees there were very rude and were rushing us to order our drinks. Also the girl that was making our drinks didnt know what she was doing and was very rude. Talking to me in an unprofessional manner and making other customers feel inferior to her. Do they not realize that when we go and order drinks that "we" the customers are the ones that pay their salary. I will not be going there again. They just lost a loyal customer.

Im extremely disappointed at this location I wait in line at the drive thru for 30min. After I place my order when I got to the window the guy ask me again what I order .I told him again what was my order I repeated three time to him what I order. After I paid him I wait again for him to get my order wrong didnt even get a receipt . Im not sure what was going on. I told he to give me my money back. Will not come back to the this location

Hhad a real dumb down Starbucks employee experince with the dumb downed chubby INDIO FROM MEXICO named LuLu. She is totally a rude emlloyee of Starbucks. EVERYTIME I try this Starbucks they take my money but do not get my order right. They canot and WILLNOT LISTEN TO ANY SPECIGIC DIRECTIONS AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK

I got the wrong order at the drive thru that was on the highway by the time I notice. I called them up and they agreed to make it right on my schedule. Disappointed that I didnt get the right order the first time but very pleased that they were so willing to make it right. you can beat great customer service

This was a typically Starbucks. That didnt have many choice of foods for vegetarians. I know many people who arent vegetarians who eat Veget. foods as well. The coffee was good and pricey! The ladies at the counter werent as personable as I would like and have come expect when I pay $6 for a coffee.

No doubt in my mind this has been absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to in the nation and have traveled most of 50 States. Extremely unorganized very dirty and unfriendly staff for the most part horrible do not recommend it. Its a shame you would expect this more like at McDonalds...

I LOVE when the employees take the closest parking spots and make the customers walk the distance. To the guy working window, driving a new blue Honda CR-V, this post is for you. Maybe instead of sitting in your car, you could clean up the horrendous amount of trash on your patio and entrance.

This Starbucks is awful. Inattentive baristas. Rude cashiers. Terrible drinks. I have used this Starbucks a handful of times recently because its close to my work. Been unsatisfied every time. Avoid this one at all costs. Id like to give it no stars, but thats not do-able for Google.

I came here for first time, and I liked it! My t-mobile network was weak, but Brandon was incredibly nice man. With his kind soul, he gave me some time to get connected to the wireless to use my Starbucks app! He had a bright smile, and hes very friendly! Thank you Brandon!

Yes, the coffee is pretty pricey, bUT I dont purchase on a daily basis. I LOVE their frapps. Lines can get pretty long, but its pretty quick. Coffee shop is very clean and feels very homelike. Great place to have coffee with friends. Staff is very friendly and helpful

I always receive superior service from this, and every other, location that I have ever been to. Starbucks, obviously, selectively, trains their employees in exceptional customer service, at all of their locations. A refreshing escape, in todays times.

Drive thru is always busy and they are slower than most Starbucks I have been to. There is usually no wait if you go in. My order is always correct and the service is good.
