Bad experience more than once!!! I understand mistakes happen but frequent mistakes and bad attitudes are a bad combo!! Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie that did not taste anything close to strawberry. I asked the barista politely just to add more strawberry, she argued back "well its the exact recipe im not sure whats wrong".......wheres the customer service?? The appropriate response should have been im sorry about that ill take care of that for you.

I come to this Starbucks all the time. Its normally got a long line, so be prepared to wait. However, the baristas are awesome. They always help me out! I didnt like my drink, they got me a different one. Quick and easy. Good customer service here!
