I love Starbucks in general and this place definitely lives up to the reputation. In our first trip, we ordered a Latte, butter croissant and an Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato while in the second trip, it was Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and a Toffeedoodle. Latte and butter croissant is a heavenly combination, at least at Starbucks. Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato was good but not great. Cinnamon Raisin Bagel was nice and what I loved about it was that it wasnt much chewy as normally the bagels are at other places. Toffeedoodle was overly sweet and tasted like a mouthful of sugar in every bite. Service is quite fast. The first time we went there was almost closing time and the second time was a cool Saturday early evening, so not sure how the service is during peak hours. The folks are good. For once, they were out of tissues but the gentleman there found a few somewhere from inside and gave it to us at our table, which was good on his part. Ambiance and the interiors were amazing. Love this place.

My wife and I have been almost daily (often multiple times a day) customers at this particular location since it opened. We have yet to have an experience that did not in some way brighten our day. From the first time we visited they were friendly, knowledgeable about all the products and the service has been 5 star EVERY time. My wife is an executive director for a worldwide support organization so she knows what constitutes good customer service and rates this location as above and beyond. We have visited other locations in our travels here and abroad and while all are nice none compare to this store. Margaret, Ashley, Laura, Daniel and literally the entire crew (I dont have room to list them all) deserve the highest praise possible in our opinion.

This place needs to rethink their scheduling. I waited 25 minutes for an ice coffee. How hard is it to put ice in a cup and pour brew over it. To make matters worse I was the first person in line Inside. They prioritize the drive through for every car then some girl pulled the lady off the drive through window to make drinks so she could go to lunch. On a Sunday, at noon, after church lets out. Use your brain. When your backed up and their are cars in the drive though and you go to lunch. Just give me the pitcher next time and I can serve my own coffee. Avoid this place e unless you have 25 minutes to burn waiting for your drink!

Were frequent customers here and because of food allergies/special needs, we do a lot of custom ordering. The baristas always get our orders right or do everything they can to accommodate if they are unable because theyre out of an ingredient. They are always friendly and polite no matter how crazy-busy it is. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and its impeccably clean.

I will routinely go out of my way to travel to this Starbucks location as they appear to be the only store staffed with employees that slightly care if your order is not only accurately reflective of what you requested, but also prepared correctly in the same vain. Friendly staff that have their full training and management that works. This is THE store of Carrollton.

I am a regular customer and Ive gone to different Starbucks stores in the DFW area and these guys are one of the best. The customer service is consistently excellent and the best part if they learn what the customer likes and what they usually order and are proactive in trying to get the order right. Keep up the great work!!!

the young man at the drive thru was very polite and funny. quick and even gave my daughter a sample cup w/whipped cream. she LOVED it! the people here are friendly and on top of things. the other day i went on the inside and the baristas were polite but not nearly as personable and outgoing.

I once forgot my wallet after I had already ordered - pretty embarrassing. Pulled up to the window to let them know, and they gave me the drink for FREE. As I was under a lot of stress at the time, this made my week so much better. Thank you! Since then, this is the only Starbucks I go to.

This place even has breakfast items on the menu instead of just pastries. It also has a drive thru. Not all Starbucks have a drive thru. Make sure you get the pastry you order. I was pretty disappointed when I only had a butter croissant after paying for a chocolate croissant.

What does "no foam" means? It means milk all the way to the top and they will take the foam out only. When you ask tall latte, they will give you half foam and half coffee SMH.... Paying $5.00 and getting a short cup of latte. I dont even know remember such in training...

they are supposed to open at 5am but when no got there at 510am, they said they just got there and could do nothing for me.My wife is at the hospital with our son and all she asked me for was some Starbucks. Thanks guys for making my wifes day that much harder.

This Starbucks has a lot of seating inside and on the patio. Baristas are very friendly even when I do not know the exact name of my drink;) One of the baristas named Anna, I feel goes out of her way to make her coffee drinkers happy.

I ordered a cold brew black and was given one with 7 packs of sweetener in it which was disgusting. When they replaced it they gave me burnt tasting iced coffee, but told me it was cold brew.

I asked for no foam it wasnt. Gave it back to them they took out the foam but did not add anything back which made it 3/4 of a cup! The worse part of it all is that the brew tasted burnt.
