I love to support local privately owned business and came across this one when dropping my son off at daycare. Coffee is great!! Probably the best in the area! However, customer service in the morning is horrible. Im used to going to coffee shops where people are always smiling and say hi right away and enjoy working and want to get to know you and remember your name. I feel that since this is small coffee shop the most important thing is customer service in order to have repeat customers. I continued to go for a week to see if customer service would change unfortantely it did not. I want to continue to go but to me customer service is much more important to me and would be willing to drink mediocre coffee.

Its a great coffee place. At first glance, its just your run-of-the-mill coffee shop... Theyre popular and trendy, and they can make a great latte. Whats the big deal about this particular shop? They support a World in Peace, not a World in Pieces... thats awesome. With everything you buy, they give a portion of every dollar to non-political charitable causes. The environment is great. Very modern looking... not to mention my favorite color is orange, so that helps! :) The people have awesome customer servie, and the coffee is fantastic! This is definitely ranked as one of my top choices for a latte when Im in the area!

This coffee house has a sofa/couch, sign of a real coffee house vibe. Their frappés are made with espresso, milk, and ice, the way they should be. There is a cool loft area with a flatscreen tv w/ the sound off, a variety of music in the background and not in the foreground. It is the middle of August and I was not in the mood for a hot drink, so I ordered two coconut+hazelnut frappés. They were perfect, not too sweet. The baristas were very nice and friendly. Service is great.

A real coffee shop (not a chain focused on pumping out a high quantity of low quality drinks). The pricing is a little high for what you are getting but its worth it if you enjoy your drink at the shop. The service was very slow on the day when I went, not sure if that is normal or not, but would hope not! The furniture and atmosphere are pretty industrial/modern which doesnt cultivate a cozy coffee shop feel, so if that is what you are looking for, this isnt the place for you.

I really love this place. Their house coffee is awesome- a nice medium roast. Its a lot better than Pikes Place, which is what Starbucks serves. They also give free refills. The wifi is very good and the vibe is relaxing. They have a comfortable bench upstairs where I love to do homework. I have only ever gotten great service and good quality products. Its expensive so I usually just get a cup of coffee to stay. I also like knowing that the coffee is fair trade.

Cool setup but I gave Peace a chance...twice. Service was pretty rude the first time, not a huge deal though. Iced white mocha was mostly flavorless. Tried a vanilla latte several months later with same identity, just too bland for me. Nice cafe but the coffee isnt as good as Id hoped. May try again sometime, but would rather visit elsewhere.

The espresso was fair. It wasnt as flavorful as I have had at other places, but the americano I had was bold and less acidic than many places. The baristas were very skilled, nice, and helpful. They were approachable, and they answered my friends questions about what to order.

Great little gem hidden in South Frisco / North Plano. Everything you would want out of a coffee shop. Seating isnt terribly comfortable, but they have plenty of it, and its a fine place to get a little bit of work done while sipping a pretty good coffee.

First place Ive been to in DFW that steams milk right for a cappuccino, thats enough for 5 stars. Its sad how some local reviews complain. These guys should get a Slayer and a good conical grinder (without the hopper), itd really up their game!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Frisco/Plano area. They are dedicated to a quality cup of coffee and have the most outstanding Chai Latte Ive ever tasted! It is also a great spot to study/work with free WiFi and lots of tables upstairs.

Ive been here previously and it was great! I always order my coffee with almond milk which has been 50/50 here. Seems to taste burnt. I dont know if maybe they changed milk products but definitely not up to par as last couple of months.

I dont have a selective taste for coffee, but the place feels trendy. Some of the chairs are unstable, but the upstairs area seems decently cozy. Wish there was a bit more warm lighting and less fluorescence.

One of the few "Coffee Shop" coffee shops in the North Dallas Area with a local feel. Some parking and cozy space. Kind staff with a unique selection of drinks & foods. Indoor & Outdoor seating available.

Great space, cool environment, nice staff. Drip coffee definitely left something to be desired. I use that as a metric for coffee shops. Definitely planning on a second visit and will amend review.

Love the hazelnut latte! Not much of a bakery selection like other coffee shops, but what they specialize in they do well! If youre in the area its a way better choice than Starbucks for sure!

This shop is right on my way to work, I stopped in and there was no line, staff was friendly and I was out the door in under 2 minutes. The coffee was delicious. I will be stopping again.

Best coffee & hot chocolate! We buy our beans from them too. Staff is always super friendly and efficient. The only drawback is theres only one location!

Overall a good coffee shop. Two drawbacks are spotty service and inconsistent coffee. Maybe a training issue? Some days are good, some not so good.

Mediocre craft coffee thats pretty pricey. I wanted a Vienna latte, which is a latte made with heavy cream, and they didnt have it. Thats too bad.

One of my favorite places for meetings. The upstairs is really cool and you can talk without people running around all the time! Check it out!

I went in today and saw the barista putting soapy foam on lattes. I changed my order to a frappe. The barista was very sweet though.

Coffee quality isnt too bad, pastries not so much. If money is no object and you prefer hip and trendy - this is the place for you.
