From a former employee to a pissed off customer... Come on guys. It took me 7 trips to decide to write this and 7 trips too many might I add. Cut the peninis, dont just slap them together. Give me cold iced coffee, not room temperature. AND PLEASE, get it done in less then 30 God damn minutes. This review wouldnt even be a thing had they answered my call to complain, it rang for over a minute and when I thought I finally hit the answering machine I got about a minuet of this in before the line ended.... they honestly just listened to me complain and hung up.... GO AT YOUR OWN RISK PEOPLE

Since I grew up near Vancouver, Tim Hortons has always been a staple of my familys diet. When we moved to Florida 7 years ago, we immediately began looking for ANY comparable food chain. After visiting many areas in Florida, Georgia, North/South Carolina, Washington (state), California, and many other states, Tim Hortons still had yet to be beat. When I was sent to Grand Forks on work recently, I was ecstatic to find a Tim Hortons! Tim Hortons of Grand Forks definitely upholds the quality of the chains reputation, and I couldnt be happier to experience it!

First and last time in today. I was in line with 2 kids which were patiently and employee Faihti helped the customers behind me. I spoke up and said we were next. She said the other guy would wait on me. He was waiting on the customer in front of me. She was rude and brushed it off. Not a good first impression. As far as I know "first come, first serve"

The few times Ive been here were good. Today... not so much. My iced coffee wasnt even filed close to the top, my hash brown was soggy and greasy and sandwich was luke warm at best. Sad day for me considering the good service I used to get here. Overall the place is nice, clean, good food and the staff mostly friendly.

I really like their sour cream donut. But their service is very slow. I am in the drive throught right now and been waiting for 15 minutes without even a "Hello, it will be a minute sorry for the wait." The food get for four stars but the serive get a one star. They didnt even have the donut i wanted.

Very very slow service. Every time I go through the drivethrough I wait at least 10 min with no one behind me or in front of me. Very rarely is my order correct when I finally get it. Disappointed. If there was another "fast food" place near to where I work I would not be going to Tim Hortons as often.

De cafe coffee was very cold. They did make us fresh when we complained. Went to ladies washroom and discovered sink was labeled out of order do I couldnt wash my hands! Gross! Also the rap music was so loud,not a relaxing place.

I love the coffee. They make everything so fresh, but on the rare occasion I get an undercooked donut or my coffee isnt up to standards. Overall I come here at least 3 times a week and love the employees and the service.

Very good tasting but cashier put our donuts in the bag upside down amd when we got home the frosting had all run off of them and stuck to bottom of THE BAG! Disappointing... :-(
