Very unimpressed with how unprofessional these people are. I called in regards to a book signing, and the first time I called, I only said, Hi, my name is--and she hung up on me. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called back and said that we mustve lost our connection. I said that I just wanted to talk to someone about a book signing, and she said that "he" wasnt there. I said, Do you know a better time to call back? And she said, No! and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

Please do not let the rating from the telemarket influence your decision. I am a coffee shop owner from DE who also got a horrible review from her. It is hard to be a profession when the person on the other end of the phone is difficult. I honestly dont think it is fair that she can give out negative reviews but we can not even call to talk to her boss about her phone skills. Again, please put her review in the proper content.

Awesome frozen yogurt and coffee shop! Recently renovated so everything is very modern! Only thing I didnt like was the music they were playing and the lighting, it was too bright in there. I think I might have found my replacement for Starbucks if they fix those two thing I named above.

Everything is delicious! Ive tried the yogurt, smoothies, and even the food and you can tell everything is made to perfection. Expect Starbucks-y prices, but know U-Mix is about to become one of your favorite places for a quick cold drink — if it isnt already!

Great place to go get frozen yogurt. They have good crepes and waffles and coffee drinks. My favorite part about this specific UMIX is the mango chamoy flavor! The staff is always helpful and you can try out the flavors before getting them.

Frozen yogurt was tasty and the topings were decent. A bit pricy, but overall a good value. Service could have been better which is typical Brownsville
