We were standing in the store for someone to take the order (assist) for 10 mins, Gina (Assistant Manager) was not even acknowledged us even though she saw us. We ordered dozen original glazed donuts and one specialty donut after that I have asked for a sample as Hot Light was ON then she started shouting "again free donuts" with very disappointed face and bad attitude. Then I gave here two coupons (one was for 2$ off dozen donuts and second was free any donut which also says no purchase necessary), then again she not even whispering but shouting on our faces "eating free donuts" and said she cant take two coupons in one visit. So, I agreed with her and asked to return of the coupon and remove the one specialty donut from the order for that she started shouting again in bad manner "eat free donuts bothering us and want one more also without purchase" Then I started argue with her that I am buying dozen donuts and you dont want to take the coupon thats fine but treat my friend as new customer let him use the other coupon. but she started shouting again and showing the wording "free sample only with purchase when the hot light is on" something like that but I dont understand here one thing I was about to buy dozen donuts. I said I am not happy with your behavior but she is not at all stopping the argument and then I asked who is your store manager she replied she is the store manager, never expected this for store manager especially (horrible). Then I was about to pay for the dozen donuts, she charged for assorted (specialty) donuts price instead of original glazed and after asking she changed it. After we left from that place figured out that most of the dounts in the box are crushed I dont know if she deliberately did it or mistakenly. Please stay away from this place especially "GINA". I have been visiting this place from almost 9 months I never saw her there before nor I got this of experience. Usually when I come the staff is pretty good, but we just went through the drive thru and the employee was SO rude. Im usually overly friendly when I go through them because I know it isnt a fun job. The guy taking our order did a super long, loud sigh when I said we needed a second to pick which donuts we wanted. Then when we go to pay, he didnt say a single word. Not one! And he half handed the card back out of the window after swiping it. I never even saw his face! All I know is that he had dreadlocks. Then when he handed the donuts over, he just shoved the box out of the window while I was placing the card on the seat next to me then dangled it out of the window. He also said the drink machine was broken, which everyone knows actually means "Im too lazy to do my job and dont feel like cleaning the thing when Im done with it." Id get it if the place was busy but there was no one else in the drive through and maybe 4-5 cars in the parking lot. It was just an odd experience for an otherwise friendly place. Ill wait until hes gone before going back because that was just not fun like getting donuts on a Sunday morning should be.

I dont eat doughnuts very often, but when I do I love to visit the Frisco location for Krispy Kreme. On my latest visit, upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by an employee who held out a freshly baked, hot glazed doughnut for me to enjoy at no charge. I was looking for an assortment of doughnuts for my grandmother and they helped me choose two dozen assorted beauties that included everything from holiday-themed "Santa belly" cream-filled to the more traditional blueberry cake variety. The employees were not only extremely patient with me while I made my selection, but they gave me advice on which doughnuts were their favorite and made great suggestions! There was no line when I visited, even though it was late afternoon and the red "hot light" was on outside (meaning that freshly baked doughnuts are currently available!). I was in and out in just a few minutes with two dozen doughnuts for my family to enjoy. Every visit has been a pleasant experience!

Absolutely horrible GM. My friend and I had showed up yesterday for the national pirate day promotion where you get a free dozen donuts for dressing like a pirate. My friend and I came at around 6:20 and took about till 7:15, a solid hour, waiting in line for my donuts only to be told that our costume "wasnt deserving enough" to deserve a dozen donuts for each person by the GM. I was extremely disappointed as the GM gave horrible service and was not even explaining anything else about how we were not dressed well enough when we clearly followed promotion rules by having 3 pirate themed items. Would never recommend this location for Krispy Kreme due to the horrible experience from the GM woman.

Horrible 1st experience there. Two registers were closed & only the drive thru was open according to Rich (acting mgr.). I wasnt in the drive thru, I was in the store. He was extremely rude & even worse when I returned the purchased food & asked for a refund. He walked away without saying a word & it took 9 minutes to get a refund & Im not sure if I was refunded my money. I paid with my debit card. I kept the receipts. Upon leaving, he told me that he was a professional several times (I have to disagree), then he said "I hope you have a nice life". My honest opinion... it was a horrible 1st time experience & I will NEVER step foot in there again. Thank you Rich.

This place sucks! This B.S. of charging $2.29 for a bottle of Dasani water only to get a .50 bottle of Nestle water. When asked about it they said "oh, we changed that" dont you think you should adjust your prices to reflect the different water? When I pay $2.29 for a bottle of Dasani, I expect a bottle of Dasani not cheap ass Nestle. On top of the overpriced donuts yall are extorting people out of money for water. Cheap ass bastards. I will NEVER visit this store again. Dunkin Donuts is in the same shopping center, theyre cheaper and better.

I also have been to this location recently and received outstanding service by the same Asst Mgr Gina. The staff was also courteous. The donuts were Krispy Kreme wonderful and the Oreo donut was amazing. Perhaps some of the previous posts were made by people trying scam the system for free donuts or people setting their clocks til when the "hot" sign comes on. Its donuts people, just donuts. Pay the 69 cents or whatever and move on with your day.

Dont be fooled...they light up the "Hot Donuts" sign just to crush you dreems. Your driving through Preston Road and the stars allian; the Krispy Kremes hot donut is on. You enter the shopping center, and order your specifically hot original glazed donuts. You pick them up and drive away, only to find out that your precious donuts are cold ;.. (

Worst experience ever. I never go into Krispy Kreme and the first time I do I get horrible service. I was not greeted. Once I got my order 4 employees were just working on different things instead of checking me out. I had to yell "excuse me!" To get there attention after standin for 15 minutes. I will never come back.
