My husband and I were on a working vacation in South Padre Island. I first scoped out Causeway Cafe because they have WiFi -- apparently next to impossible to find around here. They had strong (password-protected) Internet that worked great. The food was awesome, too -- fresh and delicious -- as were the drinks. (We ordered wraps and cold drinks for lunch.) Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended (and we want to check out their other location, too!).

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by one of the wonderful members of the staff. The employees are very pleased to take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. Every time I decide to go get a quick bite or something to drink I usually get something different from their wide variety of entrées. I hope that maybe you can come to this amazing place and give it a try.

Best kept secret of Port Isabelle. EVERYTHING here has smooth and powerful flavors. Their hummus is homemade, topped with feta and awesssssoooommmmee. Their mint infused limeade is surprisingly subtle and delicious. Everything we got was bomb as hell.

When we stay in SPI we drive to Causeway Cafe for coffee. They have great coffee drinks and offer food throughout the day. I appreciate the fresh and healthy selection.
