Terrible company. I showed up at 4:53 when they close at 5pm the and owner with the grey beard and white locked the door in my face. I told him that all i needed was to buy a few jura impressa water filters and it would be really fast. He tells me sorry I already set the alarm. I have an alarm, it takes 5 seconds to reverse it. He also overcharged me on a simple coffee machine repair 3 years ago. Very shady business, its kind of funny theres so many bad reviews on it...

Not even one star they deserve. Charged a high diagnostic fee and could not figure out what was wrong with the machine! Instead of coming clean and saying they dont know how to fix it, they said the machine was fine. They refused to test the machine in front of me to prove that it worked. The girls that answer the phone are rude and was charged $85 for nothing. Worst customer service and horrible Techs. Stay clear of this place!

Authorized my vehicle to be towed. My family and I were next door at outback. It was 9pm. You close at 5. Thanks for this dad having to explain to his 3 year old about where the car went. What a waste of an empty parking lot. 4 hours after you closed for business.

When I walked in the door I thought I arrived at cappuccino heaven. They serviced my espresso machine and l learned so much about coffee. I will be back when its time to upgrade my espresso machine.

They can afford to be closed 4 days a week because of the revenue from towing cars. What a racket. They would be disappointed if you didnt park in their underused lot.
