Eiland Coffee Roasters makes great coffee. If you buy beans or a drink from them you wont be disappointed! The guys there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If it wasnt for the fact I live more than 2,000 miles away I would frequent this place. I have a feeling Ill be ordering coffee from their website regularly.

Love having fresh good craft coffee outside of Dallas. They offer a basic menu but thats all you need. Their primarily a coffee roaster so they know their stuff very well. The coffee beans are fresh and the coffee is delicious. Theres no sitting area so its more of an pickup joint....still love it.

The coffee selection limited but unique. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. The difference roasting on the premises makes is considerable. I tasted two very different types of coffee in one day and both were wonderful. The cleanliness of their production and packaging areas was a nice bonus.

Liked their beans a lot. However, tried to visit this establishment two times during business hours after driving almost an hour each way only to find the door closed and no response upon knocking and calling. Same thing happened today at 2:15 pm. Guess Ill stick to Addison roasters.

Eiland Coffee is some of the best Ive had. It breaks away from the oily higher heat roasts that have seemingly become the norm. The store is a bit small, so during peak hours it probably gets pretty full inside. If you time a stop just right you can be in and out in a flash.

Not really a coffee shop but the actual roaster. They sell beans that are amazing and, if you buy a pound, they will make a complimentary coffee drink. Bonus! Ask for a tour and they will show you the restored antique roaster they use.

Filtered water with freshly roasted coffee and a knowledgeable friendly staff. What could go wrong? Nothing! These folks have a passion for their craft and as a result, I just enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee, done to perfection.

While 98% of the building is for roasting operations, there is a little retail space in the front where fresh coffee and espresso-based drinks are made...standing room only.
