My wife and I recently stopped by the Starbucks at 101 W Campbell Rd in Richardson TX (at Campbell and 75) at 7:45 pm on December 15th, and received absolutely appalling service. There were three people in the front, and one or two others in the back, and we sat there waiting at the counter, with no one else in line at the store for a good five minutes before anyone asked if we needed something. However, the worst was when I was fiddling with my antique film camera while waiting on the drinks. One of the staff said hey, dont point the camera towards the kitchen side of the store. Cool, no problem. As we went to pick up the beverages, one of the other employees asked me hey, if you have any pictures of me, please delete them. Seeing as I hadnt even taken any, that wasnt a problem. Even if I had, I wouldnt mind doing so. Then someone came out of the back storeroom a minute later as we were about to leave and said "HEY! WHY ARE YOU TAKING PICTURES OF MY FRIENDS??" about two inches from my face. Not only was the manner, tone and volume in which she spoke incredibly insulting, I hadnt even taken a single picture and had said so *twice* to the employees up front. Asking politely is one thing, but having an employee act so belligerently two inches from my face is beyond the pale. What kind of people do you have working for you?! Needless to say, I dont plan on ever visiting that store again, and my attitude to the entire chain in general after this experience is quite negative.

The worst Starbucks I’ve encountered to date (and that includes in and out of the state of Texas). Service at this location is extremely slow and inept. Drinks are always sub-par, never quite right and often taste too bad to finish (due to either an omitted ingredient, wrong ingredient, wrong mixture of ingredients or a combination of the before mentioned). Staff appears to be pleasant enough but distant and/or disconnected from their patrons. However, pleasantness quickly turns to defensiveness and defiance when posed with a question about anything (good or bad). Location of this Starbucks is good maybe even ideal but unfortunately the trade-off is not worth the trouble of making the trip.

Ive dealt with this Starbucks before but I honestly never saw someone so rude to the customers he literally kicked us outta there! Many baristas who have asked me nicely to leave because theyre closed but this guy heard me talking to my friend and he barged in on the convo told us that they dont have what we were thinking about getting and we should leave then when we got to the cashier she simply told us they have it then he said I told them we dont then she was like we are out I am very furious with this guy and I even told the cashier that the guy was super rude to the customers and he shouldnt have done that unbelievable like if you cant deal with night customers dont take night shifts!

If you want good cup of coffee Starbucks is the goto place. But this location has few things you need to know. If you want to sit and work here you will be waiting as its always busy mostly by college students and business people. If its raining or cold you can sit outside either. I would rate the staff 3 stars as not everyone is friendly. May be because its a drive through store and gets traffic. If you are a coffee drinker like me who drinks the drip you need to make sure you ask for fresh batch else you will be really unhappy. Overall the store has impressed me since they made changes. Once again poor experience

This is not my neighborhood Starbucks, although service here is much faster during morning rush hour. Unfortunately, I had to call the manager when I realized that my Zojirushi thermos was returned to me with multiple deep scratches. My mug was in new condition when visiting same location around 10:00 AM yesterday. Brandon offered to speak to store staff about exercising more care with these containers, which I sincerely appreciate. Its the first time Ive ever had to call a coffee house about such compliant since doing the re-usable mug thing. I care less about scratches on my car then scratches on my mugs.

Worst experience ever !!! People are very rude waited about 10-15 minutes to get a tea for them to tell me they didnt even have it, the guy had already charged me when I asked what other teas they had the girl was so rude and wasnt helpful. I let her know I was still waiting on a loaf of bread her response was " they should give it to you"... Then walked away. I then waited 5 more minutes just to get a bread thats only because another worker overheard me telling the girl. He was nice enough to ask what I had ordered and gave it to me. I would recommend going to a different Starbucks worst experience ever.

This used to be the only Starbucks that was open from 4AM to 12AM. I got off from work at 11 and drove over here only to find theyve changed the hours to 5AM to 11PM. I have never had a problem with any staff of any Starbucks. They have always been nice and friendly. All my love to them. What pisses me off is the manager or owner or whoever the uck that ucked me over when I drove 80 mph to make it over here only sit on the porch and write this review. Someone ucked up. If I wanted something at 11 AM Id go to the one by my house. Im willing to take down this review upon the reinstatement of the old hours.

So when I was in a line waiting to check out. The cashier lady was very friendly to all those people in front of me. When it comes to my turn, I stepped forward and said hello to the lady. And she looked at me in a very weird and hateful way and very indifferent or even ignorant. I was totally embarrassed by her reaction. I said I am just trying to check out and then I asked if I scared her because her reaction was just like she got scared of me for some reason. Anyway, I had a very terrible experience here and I think the lady is a racist to Asian (Im Asian)

I visited this Star Bucks on 8/10/2015, the location closed on 8/112015 for upgrades. Well someone at this location has used my card and ordered 2 reload gift cards, 1 for 100.00, and the other for 50.00, and a 9.99 fee was also charged to my card. Im glad the fraud department at my bank, caught this before the other 60.00 was charged to my account. I have disputed it, but now my account has been comprised all cause I wanted a cup of coffee..... Shame of the employee who stole my card!!!!!!

They need to pay as much attention to customers who stay inside, and get plain coffee, as to everybody else. Over the course of a month they have not had creamer for my coffee at the designated station and Ive had to explicitly ask for it. Its 6:45am and they should be prepared. This morning they had just one creamer out and it was running low when I used it. Then they werent even busy for about 5 minute but nobody replenished the creamers: they all stood around joking and laughing instead.
