Its the worst place. Dont even think to go with the kids. As the staff would say to leave the place if your 2 year old cries saying its a disturbance to the restaurant. I have never seen such an unwelcoming staff. I just took my 2 year old while she was crying and sat in the restuarant block of the mall and the staff comes and tells you to leave. I told the staff that she was crying for a ride in the mall and since it had a long queue i was trying to soothe her. But the staff here comes and says to leave the place. I felt as if she was discriminating and not being empathic to my situation. She was very arrogant and not willing to listen. I would never do any business.

The woman that works there (blond) is either racist or bipolar. She is very nasty to Hispanic customers of middle eastern. She yells at people. She screamed at this Hispanic man who was buying coffee about 30 minutes ago today 02/16/2017 in the afternoon. She went crazy and screamed go go go to this man....he was very confused...a soft spoken man asking the other sales associate for his friend who i think is the actual manager of this establishment...She told him NO, Dont talk to him Michelle ( the other associate) GO GO ....The customer thought she was joking....and she got louder and madder...I have seen her be very rude to middle eastern customers as well...

Service was Horrible I was making a bottle for my baby. I showed the lady the bottle and I asked if I can have some water. She denied me anything thing she wanted to charge $1.50. Just to put water in a cup for my baby. Then she suggested to buy a bottle of water and of course it would be $2.00. I was shocked that someone anyone would denie a parent water for there baby. Starbucks would give you a large cup with ice no charge. McDonalds would give you a free cup of water. Chick Fil A would do the same for there customers NO charge. Now I know this company is not out there to help people, but to look out for only themselves. What a sad company to work for.

Horrible worker.. the lady that works there, she is apparently the manager but opens late and closes early... the mall opens at 12 on Sundays... I try to order at about 1205.. she says we arent open itll be a while.. yet the mall opens at 12... bad business on her part and whoever is keeping her in her position.

The pastry treats are so rich and wonderful! The ice cream is more like the italian gelato! Yum! They have cookie cakes, hot and cold drinks (coffees, chocolates, etc). Everything made with delicious Nestle products! Great prices as well. Great staff. Supper friendly and hospitable.

Love Nestle cookies hate this shop. There were flies all over the cookies and when we let the manager know she showed no concern and told us there are flies everywhere and to get over it. Wont ever buy cookies from this shop.
