I agree with the long wait because there are usually only two people working every morning. Thats a management error. The staff is great! Never rude. And you can tell they are working as fast as they can. Ive left a few times because I know that with 2 employees and many in line, that I will be late to work...my fault. They make great drinks!

It should be 0 but there is no good very disappointed that at first do not have a # of telefomo to call them for any question 1 that the # of the store who should answer never answer call 5 times and option each time Ill tell you about 6 minutes and never answered that bad customer service ever !!!!! recommend

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but... each time just horrible customer service and they make my drink wrong or the drink comes up short and I guess they think its ok just to put alot of whip cream on it.... or the Frappuccino is watered down. ... I told them and they just stood there. .. horrible service! !!!

The wait I can deal with as long as they can make the drinks to recipe. Three times now and the closest to a cappuccino I can get is a latte with extra foam. I usually drink about half and toss it on the way out. The line really is usually so long its more of a hassle to me to have them fix it.

The lady with purple hair was very rude and had her head resting on her hand as if I was taking to long to order. She did not smile and had a bad attitude as if I was bothering her. However, the coffee was great.

I ordered a hot tea which requires a tea bag and hot water and it took 15 minutes with only one drink ahead of mine! Ridiculous service!
