Im am writing about the location on Broadway and I-30 in S. Garland. I go almost every day to this location early or mid afternoon. Been going there since it opened. The people who work there are amazing. Id like to say that Kathy, Denise, Sophia and Maddie are the sweetest hard working people there. My frappacino is rather lengthy and they always make sure it is perfect. Some recognize me at the order board and know what I want and also if I go inside without even saying. They treat you like you are a good friend. These ladies deserve to be recognized personally. You always here about the bad but rarely the good. The people making negative comments must have been talking about a different location because I didnt recognize anyones name. Yes, the parking lot can be a challenge but its not the employees fault. I went in there the day the Unicorn drink came out because I didnt want to sit in the long drive thru and they were all busting their butts to get all of the orders taken care of. Kind of a small area where they are making drinks. LADIES, YOU ROCK. LISA

Very rude lady named Jenny she sounded really unhappy to take our order. One of our items was a caramel frappuccino and she said "I can make it but it will be without caramel drizzle" (she didnt even apologize for not having everything thats needed to make it) When we got to the window, we had a large bill and she said she didnt have any change and gave us a lot of $1s $5s and even a roll of quarters!!

Drove thru ordered a Frappuccino they did not put wiped cream on it and when I looked at them like what is this they asked was somthing wrong I said yes this is supposed to have whipped cream and they said o well we dont have any....what starbucks does not have whipped cream I said well I dont want it... well maam we already made it and u already paid ughhhhh horrible never again will I go back

This place is awesome. The manager, I believe her name was Marie was very helpful. There was an error in my mobile order and I explained what happened and she took care of my order without hesitation and was very helpful. I barely said more and they took care of my order quick and I was was able to enjoy my food. kudos to the Starbucks team. thank you

The layout change over the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday season, but they Baristas are friendly and very kind people to talk to. When you become a frequent visitor they remember you and your drink. The environment can be a little noisy at times with people talking and all that jazz, but its sill a nice little nook to go to for some down time r&r.

Best Starbucks Ive ever been too! They are fast friendly! Ive never gotten any drink wrong all the times Ive been there! I usually stop by during rush hour when I stop by inside there is never a wait line! The drive tru is amazing super fast the only thing is the distracted drivers that dont pay attention! But amazing!!!

Worst experience Ive ever had a Starbucks. If you want to get any drinks in a timely manner go through drive thru because inside they will make you wait longer than 15 min for two small drinks. Thats because they have everyone working on drive thru drinks only. They prioritize the drive thru over people that go inside

Love coming to this Starbucks, everyone is very friendly and does your drinks to your preference. I dont like mine to sweet but I love some flavor so they always make sure it is to my liking or change it. I have never had a bad experience at this facility and enjoy coming here. The staff is here is always wonderful and friendly. I come here regularly and the staff always makes me feel like I am the only customer, they never make you feel rushed or show impatience when being that "annoying unsure" customer. Thank you guys for the hours of hard work and effort.

This is the worst Starbucks. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. If you still choose to come here, take my advice: only use the drive through, they prioritize on the drive thru maybe 5 customers to 1 inside. Find another location, youll save time.

Absolutely love the drinks here! They actually blend it thoroughly, and there are no chunks of ice at the bottom. The also craft the drinks to perfection! If I lived closer, I would definitely go more often! They are also very nice!

Do any of the Starbucks locations order the green Stoppers anymore!? I dont think I have had a green stopper in my coffee in months with multiple Starbucks locations! I just love getting that nasty coffee spilled all over my car..

As I said before, Starbucks makes a great cup of coffee. The difference is in the staff and management. At this Starbucks they did have everything it takes for a winning team. I hope everyone can enjoy it as much as I can.

I love Starbucks Bacon Gouda sandwich, but when did they prices go up again? $3.75 + tax, I remember it being from $2.00 - $2.75 for a slice of banana nut bread and sandwiches.

Great drinks and snacks but the parking is not great. Do not park by the drive thru unless you want to wait about 15 minutes for someone to allow you enough room to get out.

Great location with a drive thru that doesnt block everyone in the parking lot. Workers arent as friendly at this location as they are at other locations I frequent.

One of my favorite local Starbucks since they have a drive thru. I will come here even if its not really on my way... Just so I dont have to get out of the truck.

Could clean outside tables more, they were dirty with bird feces. Also, the inside is kind of cramped during hours of high traffic. Great customer service though!

Staff is very friendly and polite here. Drinks are always consistent. My only complaint is the horribly designed parking lot and drive thru entry.

Beware this location, they will try to keep your money and offer no change for the drink as a tip, making some drinks cost you two dollars or more.

In too small of a spot. Its really easy to get trapped in your parking space by the drive through line. Staff is great.
