I was here 4/3/17 and went through the drive thru and I ordered from my app because its easy and quick. I got back to work and started to eat my breakfast sandwich and looked down to see this(see the picture attached) after eating a few bites. I am so disgusted. I contacted the online feedback team and they werent empathetic at all. They told me to call in for help. I called and spent 20 minutes on the phone with someone and they wouldnt help me. My total for everything I ordered was $19 and they offered me a $15 gift card. I actually refused it because I will never go to Starbucks again and I want to see something actually happen. I dont want them to think its okay for this to happen. There are too many other places that serve much better coffee at a better price without boogers.

This Starbucks is absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. 2 days ago I went to the Starbucks on broadway in Garland and I ordered a grande cappucino made with almond milk and it was fantastic. The next day I went to the Starbucks in Casa Linda in Dallas and got the same order and it was again fantastic (both had great foam on top). Now today I went to this Starbucks on lake view in Rowlett and I got the same order and it was terrible, I might as well have ordered coffee with milk in it. There was no foam and they still made me pay $4.65 for coffee I couldve made at home and put milk in it. No impressed with the Starbucks at all

(Edit: Went again today, and added the 5th star. They were quick, friendly, and the drink was great. This location has really turned around!) This location has improved a lot in the past few weeks. They used to take forever and have lower quality drinks than other locations. But now, theyre way better. It still sometimes takes a while to get through a busy drive-through, but its way better than it was and they always hand me my drink right away. Most importantly, the quality of the drinks has improved quite a bit.

How can this Starbucks be so bad so consistently. They mess up my order every single time and act like it is my fault. They make the wrong drinks, they forget drinks, they take forever and never apologize. Ive never had a problem with any Starbucks, the one by where I grew up was great, the one by my old house was great, the one by my work is great, the one on my way to work is great. But this one location is consistently horrible. They need new management and new employees. This has been going on for far too long.

The women that took my order seemed rushed even though i was the only customer at the drive through. Didnt repeat my order so i trusted she got it, i ordered a tall iced chai latte with a cheese danish. I didnt taste it until i got home and realized they gave me a plain iced coffee. I couldnt go back so i had to put in my own sugar. Worst customer service Ive had from this location. Please get better employees that actually smile at least.

Been to this location several times. Back about six months ago service use to be really good. Now you can;t get a smile on employees face and have to be extra careful and check your order to make sure it is what you ordered.. There is a Big guy with a beard dont know his name but he is very rude.. I asked him a simple question and his answer to me was WHATEVER... Maybe next time Ill bring him a cheeseburger and get better service.

I usually go to this Starbucks in the mornings and have no problems, I just left there a little before 10:00 pm and not only did my peppermint mocha taste watered down but my boyfriends cranberry bliss had a black hair in it. I cant go back because they are closed but I definitely will not be going back at night again!

The morning people are so nice, the afternoon shift is a whole other story. Rude. No customer service dont even greet you or smile. Specially the girl whos at the window , today at 9:28. Shes always acts like she hates the job. Basic training is needed here.

I ordered an Americano, and they took about 10 minutes to make it. Then I I asked for some sugar, they were out of regular sugar, sugar in the raw, agave, and honey. I dont know what kind of manager runs the store, but they are not a very good one.

We ordered 2 caramel flan lattes and 2 peppermint white chocolate mochas and we all got the same NASTY coffee flavored drink. I thought we were at 7-11! First time going to this location but I will never ever go again. We got ripped off!!!

I had come in and asked for something good because i received a bad drink from another Starbucks. Not only were the people nice to me, they made a special drink for me which tasted fantastic. Thank you, and they are pretty cute :)

So far theyve been getting my drink wrong about half the time. This is a busy Starbucks and theres not enough seating inside. This is closest Starbucks to my house, so Ill probably keep coming anyway.

Ive never had any problems with this place. The baristas are great and so are the drinks. Theyre even patient with me when ordering and using my Starbucks app - when I have discount codes and star rewards.
