I have grown up on Shipleys donuts my whole life. Ive tried krispy kreme, Duncans you name it and nothing is as good as Shipleys... Ive even converted a family and an individual from krispy kreme. But this store on 8/17/14 was horrible. Only time Ive been to this one and maybe it was the kids running the store, who were courteous and nothing wrong with customer service, but the donuts were dense, not soft and fluffy as usually I am accustomed to. Plus the jelly filling was all at one end and not full. Big disappointment to me sense I drove 20mins out of my way and 20 back just for the donuts...

I Love this store and a couple people that always work drive-thru, but I experienced a Hispanic lady on 8/31/2016 in morning time about 9:45am, that needs to be trained on giving correct money back to customers. I know how to count money done it for to many years myself in my younger years, I trained people how to count money. But this lady looked like she was mad cause I showed her she was wrong. I want to continue coming back here but not be short changed on my change back, (I did call to speak to management but was told she wasnt there)...Thank You!!

Good donuts but the worst service ever! Never use the drive thru unless you have 30 minutes to spare regardless how many vehicles are in line. When you go inside be prepared for the mess of people huddled together like a mob because no one know where to stand or whats even a line. Usually the apple fritters run out early and once they are gone, thats it for the day.

Terrible experience every time, they never open at 5am even though there posted hours are 5-12, the only good donuts are the glaze, their chocolate anything is discusting, nasty cieling tiles and rundown intier and exterier, this place is horribly run. What a joke!!!

Shipleys has the best donuts ever. This particular store is in a bad spot. Long drive thru line and limited parking space. They really should add an alternate location. Everyone comes here because they know who has the best donuts.

Donuts are the best in Terrell. Location is ok, but the parking space is a mess if there are any at all. Service is good. Best donut shop in Terrell.
