Somehow with DSW Im never impressed with either the selection nor the prices (even the sale prices, all of which are too high). I keep (torturing myself by) going back, hoping things will be different, but they never are. Not sure why, am I just too picky? Are the styles just too boring? Are the prices just too high? Is there just too much selection? I tend to find better stuff at my local TJMaxx or Marshalls most times. For all the years Ive ventured into DSW, weve never clicked. I keep hoping for changes, but am not holding my breath at this point.

This DSW has always been very helpful and awesome! But I went in there today and asked Taylor for help and she went above and beyond and helped me pick out shoes for my bachelorette party. Without me even asking she went looking around the store for more shoes for me to try on,that might look good with my dress. I am so thankful for her help and her awesome attitude! And everyone at checkout was nice and helpful as well!

The service was OK. I wish they had more people actually helping on the floor. I had to go look for someone my self and they all seemed more interested stacking shoes rather than helping. The shoe selection was good though and prices were competitive.

The customer service here is great! Employees have been so helpful about placing orders, finding a certain size in a nearby store, and tracking down the perfect shoe. There is a wide variety and there are always some great finds on clearance.

The shoe selection is okay but the sales are pretty pathetic, unlike any other DSW Ive been to. The Frisco location is FAR better . Ive always liked DSW but when I go here I always leave empty handed.

Seems to me this DSW carries more dressy shoes than the one on 15th, but still carries wide variety of shoes and boots.
