So not even 5 minutes ago I just got off the phone with an associate. I was on the website searching for 2 pair of shoes and it showed that they were in stock at this location. I decided to call to make sure I could pick them up tonight. The first associate that answered said Hello and when I asked if this was shoe carnival she apologized and corrected her greeting. I went on to explain and she said ok let me get a pen and paper to write down the information to see if theyre in stock so you can pick them up tonight. I was put on hold so long that it started ringing again she picked up and apologized because she was backed up. Ok cool so I was put on hold again but not long like the first time. The second associate is what turned me off and kept my $180 in my wallet until I found another location with the same shoes. She came on and I explained the same thing to her not once did she offer to look up the shoes like the first associate. She automatically told me it would take 3-5 days to come in. I told her I was currently on their site and it said this location has them in stock and she oh well you wont be able to pick them up until morning. Wth?! So you couldnt just type in the damn upc number or ask for the name. So I just hung up because at that point I was annoyed. I tried giving this store a second chance because the first time I walked in after their opening customer service was the last thing they were worried about just standing behind the counter talking and the store was empty so be being busy is not even an excuse.

Im not gonna lie, they had a great variety of shoes at great prices, but the one thing that bothered me was that the employees didnt even acknowledge i was there. Didnt greet me when i walked in, didnt check up on me to see if i needed help or had any questions, and didnt say goodbye or thank you like most retail places do. Just because of that, i wont be going back. Great customer service is what i look for and i didnt get that here.

Good shoe store with a large selection but they had no carnival games or rides like I would have expected for being a carnival. I wanted to wear my new Nikes on the tilt a whirl.
