I accidentally ordered the wrong size online so I thought itd be easier to exchange them in-store. Unfortunately, they did not have them in my size so the man at the counter proceeded to let me know how much of an inconvenience it was for him to have shoes returned at this store when theyre bought online. He told me the corporate office does not give credit back to the store which is definitely something a customer has to know. What on earth is a shoe store going to do with 2 brand new pairs of shoes?

Location is convenient and very near lots of other good shopping spots on 15th Street in Plano. Employees are welcoming and helpful. I was kindly greeted as soon as I walked in and asked what I was looking for and was taken right to high heels in size 9. They actually try to help you find the shoes you need! You dont get that good of service at some higher end stores. Prices are good. Selection is very limited however. I used my discount and saved a lot of money. I would recommend this location.

I got most of the shoes from payless,and been to different places,this store staff was rude,unprofessional staff Ive ever seen..especially the woman with heavy eye makeup..she needs to learn and support how to treat customer

Typical bargain shoe outlet. Got slipless restaurant work shoes 4 my angel. She had a discount coupon. Shoes priced right no problems 3 weeks later.

Not a bad place but they gave no discount whatsoever and I found the same pair of shoes at another Payless store for 25% off.
