The customer service here has never been and sadly, will probably never be good. You are rarely greeted when you walk in the doors, and workers may or may not talk to you, but, I can get past that. When we first decided to sell, we put 1 pair of shoes up for consignment and they were supposed to call us when they sold so we could come get the check. They never called, but the next time we were in the store we asked if there was any update and they said, "yeah we have your check, they sold the next day." So they never called, whatever, we got our check so all was fine. Then we decided to sell two pairs of shoes and two Supreme shirts. We put them up for consignment around OCTOBER, and were supposed to receive over $700 when they sold. All items have been sold for months and I STILL havent gotten the money for the items. Each time I call them I get some bogus excuse about how they switched banks and theyre mailing out checks as they get them. Funny how 4+ months later they still havent gotten that check from the bank. Other times Ive called, they say that theyll try and have my check ready or that someone will call me back to follow up about my inquiry. The most recent thing Ive been told is that theyre going to mail my check to me. And to no surprise, no one ever calls back, I havent received a check in the mail, and each time I go up there his check "isnt ready." I am so fed up with how theyve treated us and so many other customers. We will NEVER do business with them, EVER again. I highly recommend not doing business with the Dallas location; you will waste your time and plenty of money. Listen to these other reviews, this is serious stuff. ***Just called up there asking if they could print out what we have sold them for tax purposes and he said Id have to come in to get that so they can verify IDs and stuff. Asked if they had any checks and he said no, but that if i came in this weekend I could get cash for some of the stuff. Still not ideal but I want my money and want to be done dealing with these people.

If I could I would leave negative 10 stars. Service was absolutely horrible. The website says the hours are 12-7 each day of the week so I arrived at 12:30 but the door was locked and no one answered the phone when I called. I left and went to lunch then came back around 2. Me and my family walked into the store and received no acknowledgment of our existence. Staff looked like a bunch of ungrateful teenagers who were working their rich dads store. Usually workers ask if I need to see sizes or if you are looking for someone in particular. Neither was ever asked. The shoes are extremely overpriced and there is almost zero selection for men with bigger sized feet. Most of the shoes were used and beat to hell but still way overpriced. Plus, I attempted to play the arcade game they have in their store that you can win shoes on, but one of the workers Hollared form the back of the store that they hadnt turned it on so I couldnt use it. All in all, the store was absolutely horrible and should be ashamed that they think they are contributing to sneaker culture.

The absolute worst customer service. They NEVER call when they have your check, you have call over and over (thats if they answer the phone, and when they do they are so beyond rude its ridiculous). I would recommend any place but this to buy and sell shoes at. I would avoid this place like the plague. The workers are rude, so unprofessional and can careless about your business. If you visit the store youre never greeted, they are to busy hanging out with all their friends or carrying on personal conversations. Its really sad to see such a profitable usiness be ran by complete dumbasses. They lie and tell you whatever they think you want to hear when it comes to getting your check. Its never ready when they say itll be, I have had to call the Phoenix office several times. Just take your business somewhere else anywhere else but here!!

Listen if your going to buy sneakers at their Dallas location you will find an extremely nice selection. What you will not find however, is good customer service. The rude I dont give a crap attitude is actually a little annoying. The only time they have ever truly been a help is when they brought my son a pair of sneakers and even then it took them a fairly long time to just go grab a shoe. My son loves this store I can recount twice that we have driven up to their establishment and the store isnt even open. It wasnt even a holiday or anything they just decided not to open. All of this aside I would still recommend visiting this store once a month for you true sneaker heads. If you are really just looking for a place to get shoes this is perfect. Just dont expect someone to great you at the door.

A while back, I took 3 pairs of shoes so they could cash me out. Everything went good until 2 days later when the check bounced and the money was wiped out out of my account. So I went up there and explained to them what happened, they blamed it on a signature. So they told me to go back to the bank, ( I went to the Chase bank within minutes from P4P) and the banker had actually told me that they have a history of bounced checks which doesnt surprise me. When i visit the store every time the employees have a negative attitude, I dont even know who works there. Ive seen people on Instagram who are owed 23,000 from P4P and many people also complain that theyre consignment process sucks. KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Second time around a pair of shoes sold and the check I received bounced, my bank charges me a return fee which I will surely make them pay for. Bad business , at such a great location.Update, these guys owe me over $650 since January of 2017 . Found out that Los Angeles location closed and that these guys took off with customers shoes with out paying them. If you are having problems with these guys report to Better Bussiness Buera of North Texas .the owner Brandon from Arizona is a jerk, they will not pick up the phone. Guys have been owing me money since January still dont have all my money .These guys will not answer the phone. People all together need to stop doing business with these guys until they can get their money issues fixed.

Horrible. Dont ever consign your shoes with this store you wont ever get your money and they will always give you a bullshit ass excuse as to why the check isnt here yet. I was supposed to be paid in cash due to my consignment total only bieng $220 but yet now they are saying its gonna be a check. And that they have "zero checks" and i have to call the owner if i want to get info, which is complete bullshit why should i have to contact him and go out of my way. Listen to these reviews they are trying to prevent you from making a mistake and loosing money, if you see a positive review for this store its because one of the owners or workers wrote it or they had someone they know write it. Place is a scam and i hope they get shut down.
