My daughter and I came in for shoes for the both of us and Chester (manager)and David were extremely helpful and nice. By far the best experience in a shoe store Ive ever had. Its nice to walk in a store and be greated but not jumped on. David greated me and asked if I needed any help or had questions and gave me his name and then went about his business. Chester came over and was putting shoes away and I made a comment about my foot looking a certain way and he then told me his opinion and told me why the shoes I was looking at would work for the reasoning I needed them. He also helped me get the socks we needed to go with the shoes we were getting. I appreciate their great customer service and smiles. My night will be better. Thank you so much for a great experience.

This people are very hard headed. They found the shoe I was looking for at a different store, but very far away. They said they couldnt transfer it because the price was lower than their limit for transfer. I OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE (more) so the transfer would work and he refuses to charge it and make it happen for me. Instead he makes me connect to customer service and see of they couldnt probably make it happen for me. He also wasnt sure if customer service takes payments over the phone. Customer satisfaction is more important than rigid nonsense policies. It was also the only sketchers shoe I ever like, everything else they have looks horrible.

Pretty cool place. My daughter found some shoes she LOVES! Would have been five stars but there was not a single pair of Boys Size 5s in the whole store. I asked a sales rep and was told, "yeah, boys size 5, 5 1/2 and 6 we really dont carry." Its difficult to get 50% off the second pair when they dont carry ANY shoes in a certain size. I tried to ask a manager but after they took our money he walked away and wouldnt acknowledge me.

Poor customer service. I asked one of the employees for help for a specific shoe and he just kinda pointed to a section of the store and said "should probably be over there or something". Rest of employees were just standing around talking to each other. It was my first and last time coming here if the workers arent going to bother helping me.

We went really close to closing time tonight. David welcomed us in (my wife, my son and I) and, without being the obtrusive salesman, helped us out immensely! We bought 4 pairs of incredibly comfortable shoes and 4 pairs of socks for well under $200!!! Thanks a ton to David! Well definitely be back to this store.

Perfect experience at this store. David & Chester were amazing help. Very customer service oriented. I wear a size that is sometimes difficult to find, they were able to help me find it! There was a difficult/rude customer in the store as well & the guys killed him with kindness. Nice work!!
