Worst place in tennessee to buy furniture, mattress, etc. Rude sale associates and sky high prices. My matress i bought from them has a dip of 1 3/4 inches and they are now doing something about it. When I talked to customer service they told me to come to the store and pick another matress and i will pay the difference. Ok that is fine but i dont want to pay another $400 with it being on sale. The first time we tried to reselect we waited over a hr for us to be told the computers werent working and now i gave up and asked for my money back. When i was leaving i overhead a sales associate talking about me and how i was difficult to deal with and how much time he spent on us when he spent maybe maybe 10 mins at the most. NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT STORE AGAIN!

Nice furniture. Prices are ok. Better than most for the selection. But they sold us the wrong pieces.........things didnt attach, assemble or match. And these were on room collections THEY put together and sold as ensembles! And that was only found out after waiting and waiting and waiting. They dont stock anything apparantly. Everything gets shipped when bought. I understand that lowers their cost and mine. But 2 months!!! Then theres the crappy billing. Had to return mismatched items and 1 month later still no refund. Our only choice to get the correct furniture was to go ahead and pay for the new on a credit card and wait on refund. Figured wed just apply it to the card. Nope. Still no word on it. Friends warned us to not shop there. We should have listened.

Not great, drove 150 miles in box truck with money in hand to buy a piece of furniture and they told me I couldnt buy off floor, other then that it was ok.
