Purchased about $10,000 worth of furniture from them at one time. Home office, office chair, dining room set and living room set. Purchased all when we built our house in 2012 (4 years ago). The only item that has held up well is the living room set. The home office desk broke. The office chair ($400) broke. The dining room set cracked. Keep in mind that we never even use the dining room set. Anyways, we called because we had the warranty by Havertys. They wouldnt do anything about the chair. They refused to replace the broken hinges on the desk (3 days out of warranty) and then tried to sell me crap. Havertys...you are far in my rear view mirror and never will I be back. All the stuff is made in China and it is like a pig with lipstick on. Marketed very well and made to look nice, but doesnt hold up. I wont be back. Steer clear! I went into the store to complain, but they didnt care. I called the warranty center again but they didnt care.

I have not bought from there yet but the furniture is very well made, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I know where to go when investing my hard earned money on some gorgeous furniture.
