My experience has been a whirlwind the past few weeks. I have been on store 3 times in 3 weeks. If not for the store manager the rating would be much different. The furniture is good quality. The staff member that I spoke with on 2 occasions took a LONG time with my orders. He had to call multiple other associates to ask questions, didnt answer my questions correctly at all the ones that he did answer. I was going to have to use the 3rd party creditor due to a bankruptcy he told me absolutely NO information about them, the payments anything. Said that they handle that. He also told me that after I changed my order that I had to use all the 1200 that they originall Y offered to lend me or it would dissapear? So I had to spend it all. I gave them over a hundred dollars that day in store and he did not understand that I was asking where that money was so badly that another associate had to tell him then he referred me to the store manager thank god! And when I was thinking of getting a rug, I had never told him to add it. So the numbers didnt add up, I had to ask multiple multiple times to get him to tell me the rug was on there. I wanted to know where the 200. Dollars was!!! Thank god the manager spoke with me because not only was the credit company going to auto debit my bank account every single week.... but this 800 couch was going to cost me 2500. By the end of the year and the 200 a month was coming out without my consent . Rediculous. Care more about people than just adding up your commission check. Not cool . This guy also wanted to make sure he hit everyone so he would stop mid sentence to greet another customer so not to let the other associate get them while he was with me. When they approached he made sure she knew he had greeted them even though she had to help him multiple times and he gave me conflicting information. Old sale new sale youll get this sale no u get this one u dont get that one. A single mother of 5 small kids has it hard enough. I cant believe that people can just pick your pocket like that and not care at all just for a small commission. Its disgraceful. How people like that can sleep at night is beyond me. I WILL return to badcock I believe that this man Frank was looking after his own pocket but the store manager and other associates did NOT behave the same way that I spoke too. If the manager hadnt gave me the printout with the payment info I would have been absolutely financially screwed! I cannot have money automatically debited from every single check. Like Im a mother providing everything for 5 small children without any help from their dad or the government and this could have been a disaster! He completely disregarded that, either he didnt care about the information or just doesnt know his job. At first I thought maybe he was just new and didnt know, but the more I think of small details like acting like I was wrong and that 200 wasnt missing and telling me that I had to spend all the money when I did not, and not even attempting to tell me the price or the auto deductions ? I truly think that he was trying to be dishonest and greedy and for that I am furious and Im going to continue to press this until he handles future customers differently

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Andrew (sales mgr) was very unhelpful, unprofessional and unpleasant and constantly lied through his teeth. I scheduled delivery of my furniture (a week after I purchased it) on a Monday after 4pm. I requested the last available delivery appointment because I worked out of town. A delivery date and time was scheduled and confirmed on the day before by Andrew. On the day my furniture was set to be delivered, the delivery men called at 12:30pm stating that they were on their way to deliver my furniture. THREE HOURS EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED! I advised them that they were early and that I worked out of town but I would leave work early and meet them at my home at 2pm. This was confirmed and agreed upon. So I am home waiting on my furniture to be delivered when I receive a call from Andrew at 2:30pm. Andrew has now decided on the day of delivery, AFTER I have left work early to meet them that it was now policy that they do not promise a definite delivery time and therefore the delivery could not be made and would have to be rescheduled for yet another date and delivery window. I am pissed! Andrew lied and did nothing to try to satisfy the customer. I requested to speak with a manager and he told me to call the 1-800 number but they were not going to do anything but transfer me back to him. Rent-A-Center has to have better customer service than this place. Never again will I do business with this company.

Made a good deal for a couch! Nice people? However, the delivery guys are awesome and went the extra mile!
