We visited the Pensacola store. looking for a sofa. We purchased a Flexsteel sofa that exactly met our needs. The price was competitive with Lazyboy but the quality exceeded the competition. Barrows pricing is exceptional. They offer a cash and Military discount! Our sales person, Shelby, was kind, professional, and very helpful. There was NO pressure! Just honest information. We were so pleased, that we went back and purchased a home entertainment center that exceeded our expectations. Now, our living room is complete. Their delivery personnel are also great! They were very careful during the delivery and helped us move some furniture to make the room function. We are completely satisfied with our Barrows experience!!

I have worked with Jeanie DeGraff multiple times when making purchases from Barrows furniture. Ive never been disappointed with the quality of product and customer service that is delivered...consistently. Thanks Jeanie!!! Honestly...now I dont bother with other furniture stores in Pensacola.

Offensive sales staff insinuated that we were looking for cheap furniture before she showed us anything. Keep in mind this is not a high end furniture store. More contemporary or modern furniture can be found elsewhere for similar prices.
