Everything was great at first, got the furniture I wanted at a great price I felt. I live in Chattanooga, TN so I appreciated them being able to deliver my furniture as well (I recieved my furniture the last week of April). I have no complaints there. It wasnt until I realized my furniture was missing my mirror bracket and screws for the bedrail/headboard. I called them hoping it would be an easy fix. So they said it will be ordered and delivered to my house and I was perfectly fine with that. Then a week goes by and I call the store because I have still not recieved it, they said it was somehow delivered to the store? But no one ever contacted me to tell me so, so Im clueless until I give them a call as always. Guess there was some miscommunication there too because another week goes by so I call again. Mind you all Im missing is a mirror bracket and screws. Ive been patient this whole time for him to tell me theyre not driving 3 hrs for just 2 pieces of wood (which I never asked them to physically deliver it...very petty) and that Ill have to buy the screws from Home Depot (I actually tried that and they didnt have all the pieces I needed and I told him that). So for 2+ weeks I had been waiting for the mirror bracket AND screws to be delivered! Lol I wouldnt even expect someone to drive out here for that. And Im a veryyy patient person, so to call in and get the vibe like Im just being an "annoying customer" I disliked because I have never once been rude, they just said whatever they needed to get me off the phone. But my main point is, its not the customers fault furniture pieces were missing. So why am I having to purchase something on my own that shouldve have been included? My only complaint is lack of customer service/ communication. Didnt expect to wait 3+ weeks for a mirror bracket and screws ( well just a bracket now I guess since I have to buy my own screws). My poor mattress has been on the floor this whole time lol. At this point Ive been so patient but finally tired of waiting because its been like 3 weeks and Im still waiting , I honestly rather just go buy the items on my own instead of dealing with poor communication/ customer service sadly. Love my furniture, but its hard to enjoy when its been sitting in pieces for weeks. REPLY TO OWNER: Like I previously stated, I never expected you guys to drive out here for just those small items just to be clear. I understood they were to be delivered to me and the problem was I never got the items nor was I contacted when they reached your store. If they were mailed to me like they were supposed to there wouldnt be an issue. So I found myself playing phone tag with your store and my uncle because yall were never on the same page. I had been waiting for 3 weeks, so plenty of time to find a resolution to very a small problem. And you say you will deliver it on your next truck with my cousin, but that last time I called him he said he was literally just in Chattanooga and had no idea about my situation and I had been waiting at least 2 weeks at that point. And you guys still prove my point, because your reply stated "we "will" mail them to you if you like". I LITERALLY just spoke to yall last week and i was told it was gonna be mailed and yall never offered anyone to assemble it until your reply this review. Prime example of poor communication and shows me I will still be waiting and I rather not lol. But how are you offering to mail them AGAIN when thats what Ive been waiting on for 3+ weeks? lol I thought the problem was clear enough. But problem solved now, I contacted Ashleys furniture directly myself. But once again, love my furniture just not the constant miscommunication and poor customer service.

Edward Ellsworth Totally lied about everything. BEWARE! He stated that he would have the furniture assembled yet his employees dropped it off and left. Edward Ellsworth took my personal information without my permission and distributed amongst 4 finance companies fraudulently and placed me in lease agreements using electronic signatures and it was NEVER discussed with me. After the fact he dodged my phone calls and had his employees to screen his calls. Straight Ripoff!!!! Not to mention the inappropriate text that Edward Ellsworth sent to my cellphone that I had to reject prior to all the SCAMS! Hmmmm. Could his ego be playing a part in this? I dont know but BEWARE! Save yourself the trouble and go to a REAL furniture store! He is not who he appears to be! I have all documentation for anybody that desires to see it! Tennessee Wholesale Furniture! Edward Ellsworth is not a business man, He is a con-artist from Detroit with a wicked ego! #MyStory

Ive never left a negative review before, but our experience with this company was so exceptionally awful, I just had to. It took a month to get our furniture after being promised wed get it in a week. We were given multiple delivery dates, and not only did they not show up for any of them, they never even called to tell us they werent coming. Each time we called to find out why they didnt show up as promised, we were just given excuses, lies and new promises that wouldnt be kept. The customer service was very poor. If you read their snarky responses to customer complaints on here and on Facebook, youll get a taste of the unprofessional manner in which they run this business. And if you look them up on BBB, youll see they have an F rating and a long history of complaints and problems. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Please if youre in the need for furniture do not pass up going to Tennessee Wholesale Furniture!!! The most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. Everyone was so helpful and extremely nice right when you walked in the door. The quality of furniture there is AWESOME!!!! Calvin and I walked in and they made us feel like we were part of their family. We got the Porter bedroom suite, and a milly serenity mattress,and we have never slept better, and been more happy with the furniture. So please stop by and just look at what they have in their showroom. We have recommended them to co-workers and family!!! So I highly rate them with Excellent ratings a five star. Oh dont forget they deliver for free!!! Thank you for your time and we so appreciate all your kindness that you have given us.

I generally do not write reviews but this this time I thought I will write one. I was little concerned because of some reviewers negative comments. My experience with TWF was very good. I purchased two bed sets, both were delivered on time (actually one week earlier). The assembling crew was professional. I changed my mind on last minute to put bed upstairs and no complains. If you are in the area, I would surely recommend TWF. Good people, great service.

Owner is highly knowledgeable a friendly, but be prepared to wait since they order directly from the manufacturer. Also if there are any defects, as was the case with my order, youll be waiting an inordinately long time to receive replacement parts. All in all though, the staff is kind & willing to work with you to make sure your experience is a good one.
