Horrible customer service! Im having my first baby and trying to figure out strollers and car seats, but the women working chose to sit at the registery desk and talk amongst themselves. I went to get one for help and ask questions about a stroller, and it was like pulling teeth. She kept trying to walk off back to her coworker at the desk while I was still asking for help. It stinks because theres not many baby gear store options in the area.

The events are not organized at all they say one thing then they do another if you have a coupon and you are told the ones with a coupon are first they should be instead of letting kids just grab and go when you say your gonna check coupons before giving them out do so so kids are not upset its every event

Never had any issues here. The staff is helpful. We used their registry service for one of our children when we were expecting. It comes with a reward system for buying products through the registry.

They do not have a large selection to choose from and are not very well stocked. You would be better off buying online and having it shipped to the store or looking elsewhere.

Its nice thats is also a Toys R Us. The kids get a little bored otherwise. The selection is decent and moderately priced
